I must say, I do wish I could give them more stars. The swim lessons weren't terrible, but ever since our daughter joined the swim team, I'm starting to doubt if this is the right place for her to truly excel as a swimmer. The coaches of the swim team aren't very friendly, rarely greeting or acknowledging anyone. There's a lack of feedback on how your child is progressing or how they can improve. If your child misses a week due to illness, it seems they don't even notice or care. Calls go unanswered, and voicemails are never returned. Sometimes, the results of time trials aren't even given back, or at least not with clear information on which strokes were timed. It's frustrating not seeing our daughter make progress and move up to the next level after many months. As a parent and former swimmer, it feels like we're left in the dark about the ultimate goal and when our child will advance. Additionally, the pool being outdoors in cold, rainy weather isn't ideal. Kids have to leave the pool and walk over to the diving boards to avoid freezing, rather than completing a lap near the diving area. On top of it all, the monthly fees have increased.
