I've been coming to this climbing gym for about 4 years now and it's been a great experience overall. However, I'm considering cancelling my membership due to some recent changes that have been a bit disappointing. Today, I visited the gym to have a solo climbing session, but I noticed that the autobelays weren't ready for use. After inquiring (even after checking in and receiving an autobelay clip), I was informed that they are only available after 5 pm. This new rule came as a surprise and left me wondering - if I can't utilize the facilities during my regular visits, what exactly am I paying for? It would be great if they could make the autobelays accessible to approved members who are knowledgeable and safe to use them at any time the gym is open, much like how many gyms already manage lead climbing.

I've been a regular at this climbing gym for quite some time now. The staff truly sets this place apart and makes it a fantastic spot for the entire family to enjoy. The ample parking in the rear is a major plus for me, and I find the prices to be reasonable overall. They consistently update their safety equipment, which is a big comfort. For me, this is hands down the best climbing gym in the area. A perfect 10 out of 10 from me. Cheers!
