I absolutely adore AGA! My daughter may not be a gymnastics prodigy, but she adores her classes. She takes great pride in the skills she learns and enthusiastically demonstrates them at home. Despite being a rather fearful child, I have high hopes that gymnastics will instill courage within her. While she may not be the most effortless student, she hasn't been asked to leave yet, so that's a win in my book! I appreciate the flexibility in rescheduling our classes, and Jason has been particularly wonderful in ensuring we don't lose our credits. When I considered withdrawing my daughter due to her lack of technique and skill, he was incredibly reassuring. He reminded me that all children progress at different rates and as long as she's enjoying herself, the coaches are more than happy to support her.

This gym ain't for the casual gymnasts. My girl wanted to master the art of cartwheels. We've been hanging around Adrenaline for 'bout 9 months and have gone through three teachers. Seems like they're mostly team gymnasts just killing time in between their own training sessions, not too keen on coaching - hardly ever giving any advice and spending a good chunk of their time goofing off with other instructors or watching the teams practice on the other side of the gym. My girl could probably pick up cartwheels at home and get just as much guidance. Unless you're up for shelling out over $70 a month for an hour of loosely supervised tumbling each week, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. But if you're willing to fork out endless cash and time in case your kid's the next Olympic champ, they do have a load of trophies displayed on those walls.

My daughter is a competitive gymnast and she has been at Adrenaline since 2011. The owners, Jason and Kim, have always prioritized her well-being. I trust them and their decisions completely. She adores her coaches, and they adore her in return. We truly feel like members of the Adrenaline family... and I'm certain other families share this sentiment.

My daughter attended classes at this school for three months and had three different instructors. It seemed like no one was truly committed to helping the kids progress, and whenever I sought help or guidance from the reception staff, I was consistently dismissed. The staff lacks friendliness and there appears to be a high turnover rate. We decided to withdraw our daughter from the program and are now much happier at a different sports school.

We 'ad a jolly disappointing experience with this club, I tell ya. Both o' my older children attended for a bit, but due to an international relocation, they 'ad to stop. I informed the receptionist about our departure and asked what needed to be done. She advised me to simply remove our credit card details from the online account. Following her advice, I checked the portal but couldn’t find any stored bank details, as we 'ad always paid in person with a physical card. Assuming everything was taken care of, we left.
With the chaos of relocating and carin' for a newborn, we didn’t closely review our bank statements. Three months later, we discovered that the club 'ad continued chargin' us for classes! The most frustratin' part was their response when I requested a refund—despite the fact that they could easily verify through coaches or attendance records that my children 'adn’t been attendin', they outright refused! To make matters worse, they placed the entire responsibility on me, completely disregardin' the fact that I 'ad simply followed the receptionist’s advice.
Had someone warned me about this, I would 'ave never signed up for this gymnastics club in the first place. This isn’t just poor service—it’s outright dishonesty.

I was standing at the front desk with three staff members behind it, my daughter by my side. I wasn't greeted, just plain ignored! While waiting for someone to offer assistance, I couldn't help but notice how dreadfully filthy the place was. It seemed like it had never been cleaned, no welcome extended, so I definitely won't be coming back!

Brilliant gym, lovely staff, me daughter (9) absolutely adores coming to her recreation class. They're always brilliant at encouraging the kids to pick up new skills while making sure it's loads of fun. Definitely suggest checking them out. Cheers!

I attended this gymnastics school for a year!!!! It's absolutely FABULOUS. The coaches are absolutely FABULOUS. The gymnasts are absolutely FABULOUS. They're so encouraging. I adore Christi, Lisa, and Aaron. I trained at 5280 and I was at level 5. I also attended Adrenaline where I learned giants on the high bars in just one month! I absolutely ADORE this gym. If I could, I would definitely return... I would LOVE to.

The progress we've seen in his mobility, balance, and gross motor skills has been incredible. Jason, the owner, has been incredibly accommodating and understanding of our requirements. This establishment is an utter waste of time and money. Seek elsewhere and refrain from squandering your hard-earned cash. Dreadful encounter with the personnel, they are dreadfully unprofessional, especially the proprietor himself (Jason).

Could you kindly consider installing some blinds or curtains to cover the windows in the evenings? I was concerned about suspicious individuals observing the young athletes from the parking lot. I absolutely adore the THRILL of adrenaline! The experience is absolutely FANTASTIC and the coaches are truly REMARKABLE! My daughter began at AGA around 3 years back and she's already at a level 6/7! She arrived at the gym without any prior knowledge or acquaintances, and with the INCREDIBLE assistance from the AGA team, she has made tremendous progress. My daughter adores the gym and is set to continue there for MANY more years!

Absolutely smashing gymnastics program!! The staff is ever so caring. The top reason to pop by? Stephanie!! She has been absolutely brilliant with my daft daughters. We've had a jolly good time with the preschool program here and she is the main reason for that!

We've been involved in the USAG competitive team for 'bout 2 years now, and my other kiddos have taken part in recreational classes in previous years. Jason and Kim, who own Adrenaline, are absolutely fabulous. They make an effort to really get to know the kiddos as well as the parents. Whenever I've got questions or concerns, they're always there to help. They run a tight ship - where the athletics are taken real serious like. They don't show favoritism with the kids and focus a lot on safety. And I must say, they really do work the kids harder than other gyms (my little one spends 'bout 40% more time at Adrenaline than in similar programs at other gyms), so it's not a program for kids who ain't fully committed. As a parent, I appreciate that because there's no point payin' for a program that ain't gonna make the most of the child's talents and efforts. Thanks to this, the kids in their program consistently rank high - in all levels. I strongly recommend this gym if you and your child are up for a highly competitive program.
