I've been attending HotWorx in Apex since May 2023, and let me tell you, it's been an absolute gem of a find. Before diving into this fitness oasis, my workout routine was practically non-existent post-pandemic. With two adorable kiddos added to the mix since 2020, finding a workout groove seemed like a distant dream. That is until I stumbled upon HotWorx and was instantly captivated by its unique concept, the expert guidance from coaches, and the convenience that fits seamlessly into my busy schedule as a working and parenting dynamo. Ashleigh and Lisa are simply fabulous, and the rest of the team I've encountered have been incredibly warm and welcoming. No judgment here for those few extra pounds or profuse sweating – they embrace you with open arms and a bright smile every time. I've savored keeping this little gem to myself for so long, but it's high time Apex gets in on the secret! :)

What a lovely atmosphere! The lovely ladies at the front desk are incredibly attentive and truly go the extra mile to ensure your utmost satisfaction. The studio is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels always available and soothing music playing in the background. I highly recommend paying them a visit!

I have just started attending Hotworx Apex, and I must say, it has been an absolutely splendid experience. The team there is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make me feel right at home. As a beginner, I have found many of the workouts to be challenging, but what I love most is that I can progress at my own speed while still achieving great results.
