I must apologize, dear folks, but I simply cannot give Hotworx more than one star as my gym experience there was the absolute worst I've ever had. I was relieved when I finally cancelled my membership. The cost is unjustifiable, especially considering the mandatory 5-month contract. Additionally, I found the infrared aspect to be detrimental to my well-being. In my humble opinion, a traditional coal sauna would be a much healthier option. Please excuse my candor, but I felt it necessary to share my honest feedback. That being said, the individuals at this particular location were truly wonderful people.

HotWorx is a fantastic concept, ya know? However, the manager seems to be a bit lost and easily flustered, even during simple tours. She tends to get confused easily and struggles to answer fitness questions, which can be a bummer. I've heard she sometimes fibs to push memberships and claims you don't need the $100 mat and towel, even though there's only a couple of classes where you can go without them. It's a bit sketchy, mate. Also, there seem to be quite a few issues with the studio's construction, and they tend to jack up the prices on bands for additional equipment, mate. It can end up costing you an arm and a leg, not to mention membership, mat, and towel fees. The lack of transparency and loyalty from customers is pretty disheartening. You might be in for a shock when you realize all the extra costs involved, mate. Despite all this, there is some potential there, ya know?

I first started visiting Hotworx with a mate every now and then, and one day I made the decision to sign up. The team there is absolutely fantastic, so supportive and motivating. My health has improved significantly since I started going regularly. Just a month ago, I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic, but thanks to Hotworx and my routine, I am no longer in that category. My blood pressure is now excellent and I feel so much better overall. The advantages definitely outweigh any drawbacks.
