I must say, my experience with Hotworx has been quite dreadful. For months, I have been attempting to cancel my services, only to find that they kept charging my card despite my numerous efforts. The General Manager, Sara, went as far as fibbing about issuing a refund and insisted she couldn't process it due to my supposedly disputing the charge with my bank. It's all untrue, as I never disputed the charge; all I wanted was for the business to follow through on their promise of a refund. After finally managing to speak with Sara over the phone today, she reassured me that the refund for the previous months had been processed, but alas, I have yet to see it reflected in my account. This level of deceit and lackluster customer service is simply not acceptable. I have messages as evidence! I strongly advise steering clear of this establishment at all costs!!

The staff at this yoga studio is top-notch, truly exceptional. However, I must say that a lot of the equipment is in need of some serious repair. The rowers are all out of order, and quite a few pieces of equipment in the fx zone are also not functioning properly. I would have given this place a higher rating, but due to the equipment issues, it's just 3 stars for now.
I want to clarify that I am not a member of this specific studio, but I do have a membership that allows me access to multiple locations. Having recently moved to this area, I find myself frequenting this studio as it is the closest to my apartment. Therefore, this review is indeed meant for this particular studio.

Whether you choose to push yourself in their saunas or simply unwind on the mat, there is no judgement. The atmosphere at Hotworx is truly exceptional.
Additionally, I hold a "Sweat Everywhere" membership, and among all the locations, this one holds a special place in my heart. The amenities provided here are top-notch (they offer shower towels, body wash, and more), and the entire facility is impeccably clean. The staff members – Tovia, Lauren, Stephanie – are welcoming and always ready for engaging conversations. Being here makes you feel like part of a tight-knit community, yet it doesn't come off as overly posh like some other high-end fitness studios.

The relaxation you feel afterwards is truly amazing. Now, let's talk about the staff. Neil is absolutely fantastic - he truly goes the extra mile for his customers. I recently got a new debit card and texted him at around 10pm. I expected him to respond the next day, but to my surprise, he replied right away and helped me update my card information. I am absolutely in love with this place! I have been practicing here for over 3 years and have seen amazing results, both physically and mentally. The benefits from the infrared saunas and HIIT sessions are awesome. The staff is always friendly and never fails to make me laugh and smile. Even on days when I don't feel like exercising, I still stop by just to chat with the staff. Somehow, they always manage to inspire and motivate me to get my workout in for the day.
