This place 'as the best folks and energy of any yoga and wellness studio I've ever visited. Not only top-notch yoga classes, but also sound baths, ecstatic dance, breath work, cold/hot therapy, massages, IR therapy, and personal fitness trainers. I am a resident of Lafayette, but 'ave been to studios all over the country when I travel for work. So blessed that this place and these people are in my own backyard!!

I absolutely adored my experience when I visited the Yoga studio, there were so many wonderful amenities that support the body. From the invigorating cold plunge to the rejuvenating red light energy work, and the relaxing hot tub, there was a plethora of options to enjoy alongside the enriching yoga breathwork. It truly is remarkable! I highly recommend everyone to give it a try at least 10 or 15 times!

Ascend truly is the sanctuary I never realized I was seeking. My soul feels nourished here, my spirit rejuvenated. It's like a fusion of meditation, therapy, exercise, and self-care all rolled into one harmonious experience. The diverse array of classes ensures that monotony is never a concern! I've delved into yoga, embraced a Buti class, and explored low-impact cardio. There's an excitement in me to sample them all! During one session, feeling a bit lost, I confessed to the instructor that I wasn't sure what to do next. Her gentle reply, "all you have to do here is exist," nearly moved me to tears 😭 Thank you for creating this haven where we can break away from the daily pressures and demands of life.

A space so singular, catering to every aspect of existence - beauty, mind, body, and spirit all harmoniously under one roof. My first visit to Ascend was truly unforgettable and I can’t wait to go back. I recently participated in the Soul Activation Experience led by Ben and Kendyl, and it was absolutely fantastic. From the calming sound bath to the soothing scents, the perfect lighting, and the overall atmosphere – everything was spot on. Ben and Kendyl are not only incredibly kind but also deeply devoted to their craft. They expertly walk you through each step, making sure you feel comfortable and supported. I wholeheartedly recommend giving them a try. If you’re new to this world, like I was, and feeling a bit unsure, just go for it. You won’t regret it – you’ll be in capable hands.
