I absolutely loved my experience at Santa Fe Thrive for yoga classes! The space was pristine and stunning for my practice, the staff were so welcoming, and there were a plethora of options for exploring various styles of yoga. Thank you, Santa Fe Thrive!
Ruth Patterson (6/8/25, 2:51 PM):
I absolutely adore Thrive! I've been practicing yoga for years, and let me tell you, the classes and instructors here are top-notch. Now, I understand that some folks might take issue with the rule about not being allowed in if you're running late. But personally, I'm all for it. Why, you ask? Well, because tardy arrivals can really throw off the vibe of the class, you know what I mean?
Ann Brooks (6/7/25, 10:51 PM):
The instructors and reception team are really friendly, offering a great range of classes from meditation to yoga to spin, catering to different levels of experience and fitness. The availability of showers is a major bonus for squeezing in a class before work or heading out. I leave here feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after each hour and a half session.

What a fantastic gem!! A remarkable community, more than just a fitness hub! As a complete spin/cycling beginner, I've felt embraced and encouraged since attending classes at this studio a couple of months back. The instructors are top-notch, and the support team is incredibly amiable, skilled, and accommodating.

I must say, this yoga studio has truly captured my heart over the years. There's something about stepping into that hot yoga room in the midst of winter that just rejuvenates the soul. The cleanliness of the studios and the warmth of the staff never fail to impress me. I recently decided to revisit cycling classes, and let me tell you, the class I had with Darcy Campbell was an absolute delight. Count me in for more sessions soon!

Just finished the Interval Cycle class with Sarah at noon and it was absolutely fantastic! The playlist was spot on and her energy was so motivating. The way she guides you through the class is incredibly helpful for maintaining proper alignment and technique. Looking forward to my next session with Sarah!

I absolutely adore Thrive! I've been practicing both spinning and yoga for around 3 years now, and I always feel so at home. The studio is impeccably clean, and it's a wonderful touch that the staff make an effort to remember your name. I really value the fact that my workout isn't disrupted by people arriving late and causing distractions.

Teresa Cooper (5/29/25, 10:33 PM):
Upon laying eyes on Thrive being constructed, my anticipation surged as I had long yearned for a fresh yoga studio to grace my neighborhood's presence. This elation has blossomed into tangible benefits for all facets of my well-being, thanks to a revitalized and flourishing yoga routine comprising 3-5 classes weekly. The instructors exude excellence, the ambiance is simply divine, I feel rejuvenated, and I am overjoyed to have stumbled upon a yoga sanctuary I can truly call my own!
Now, onto the finer points... The array of payment options at Thrive ensures accessibility for all. For instance, the more classes you partake in, the lower the class costs. Initiating with 5 classes for $25 is a fantastic starting point. If such commitment seems daunting, fear not - there are $5.00 community classes and standard drop-in sessions available.
What caught me off guard was the sheer magnificence that Thrive offers! I am appreciative of the adept and compassionate instructors, the conscious use of eco-friendly building materials by the owners - a delightful husband and wife duo, the provision of natural bath products, and the option to cycle prior to indulging in hot yoga. As a former enthusiast of Bikram yoga, it's a dream realized to engage in a similar hot Hatha yoga flow at Thrive, melding the vigor of Bikram with the gentleness and adaptability encouraged by all instructors, who prioritize honoring and attuning to the body, advocating for posture modifications whenever necessary. The optional application of a cool washcloth on the forehead during the savasana at the end of each class at Thrive is a nurturing touch that sets this studio apart.
Regarding hot yoga, I understand many harbor reservations about the heat factor. I, too, once harbored such reservations, but swiftly overcame them due to the astounding outcomes! I feel invigorated, stronger, my lung capacity has expanded, I can concentrate on my endeavors, and I am consistently engaged in a gentle detoxification process. Not once have I suffered a headache from the heat! Even if you harbor reservations about the warmth, rest assured that classes are tailored to cool down post preceding hot sessions.
Santa Fe Thrive comes highly recommended by yours truly, deserving a resounding 5-star rating!

I absolutely adore Thrive Studio! They offer a fantastic variety of classes including spin, yoga, and an amazing low-impact strength training session. The range of class times caters perfectly to a busy working woman's schedule, with classes available on multiple days. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also bring so much fun to the workouts. I would definitely give them 5 stars!
Evelyn Hernandez (5/28/25, 11:37 PM):
What a splendidly warm and humid studio! The teachers are simply lovely, with an incredible passion and skill for their craft. They dedicate themselves to continuous learning so they can share valuable new insights with their students. The studio itself is pristine and inviting. The owners and community exude kindness and compassion. Located in a fantastic mall with a natural food store, café, and an amazing HARD KOMBUCHA BREWERY called Honeymoon Brewery!
Debra Morris (5/21/25, 10:37 PM):
Their Bikram instructor is top-notch, truly exceptional. However, the studio layout leaves much to be desired, with a cramped and awkward design that can make it feel like you're being shuffled through like livestock in a narrow hallway. It's a bit of a Feng Shui nightmare, to be honest.
On a positive note, I did encounter an issue bringing my service dog in once, and the owner went above and beyond to address the situation with great care and kindness. Despite the studio's shortcomings, it's not a bad spot for some Bikram-inspired yoga practice.
Austin Kim (5/21/25, 6:17 AM):
Thrive is absolutely brilliant! The studio is impeccably clean and so cozy. The floor is perfect for inversions, and the towel service at the end of class is a delightful touch that sets them apart from other studios. The lavender-scented chilled towels are simply heavenly. Abby and B are hands down my favorite teachers; their expertise is unmatched. Without a doubt, the top yoga studio in Santa Fe, and the only one offering hot yoga classes. 😉
Rachel Thomas (5/20/25, 5:08 AM):
I have been attending Thrive for approximately six months now and, up until recently, my experiences have been positive. The studio is lovely and the staff are all very welcoming. However, I recently had a rather peculiar and unsettling encounter with Tara, the teacher of the 26 & 2 class. Around 10 minutes before the start of the class, I noticed her trailing me in the hallways and standing unusually close to me. Just before the class commenced, she approached me in the hallway and asked if she could provide me with a lavender-scented towel to freshen up as she had detected a scent resembling onions that she believed might be bothersome to others. I was taken aback and expressed disbelief; I am certain (then and now) that she was mistaken. I pride myself on maintaining personal hygiene, having recently showered, wearing clean clothes, and having had no interaction with onions or any similar odors. My husband was present and neither of us detected any such smell. Typically, we would have noticed it if there was one. She adamantly insisted that it was emanating from me, and feeling somewhat unsettled, I reluctantly accepted the towel. Despite her attempts to be amicable by mentioning a cafe she frequents where she sometimes picks up onion scents, I perceived the incident as impolite and intrusive. In hot yoga classes, perspiration and body odor are commonplace, and we all overlook such matters out of courtesy. Therefore, for her to go the extra mile and inform me of an unpleasant odor made me feel as though she was implying that I emitted a strong and offensive smell, one that would make me stand out among a room full of sweaty individuals. I was so perturbed by this encounter that I had multiple people confirm that I did not exude any noticeable scent. I found the exchange baffling and inappropriate, leading me to the decision that I will not be attending that particular class again.

I recently paid a visit to Santa Fe for the week and thought I'd give Thrive a try - absolutely loved it! From the instructors and the soothing lavender towels at the end of the class, to the spotless studio and the warm temperature inside - A+ all around. I've already attended two classes and am eagerly looking forward to my next visit.
Terry Taylor (5/14/25, 2:09 AM):
Thrive is an absolute gem! The cycling classes are a blast, you'll be having so much fun you won't even realize how hard you're working. The instructors are super helpful and really know their stuff. It's definitely the top spot in Santa Fe to break a sweat and enjoy every minute of it.
Ralph Ortiz (5/12/25, 6:27 AM):
Thrive is an absolutely lovely sanctuary for yoga and indoor cycling in Santa Fe. The rooms are pristine, the staff is delightful, and the instructors are top-notch. Although the entry rules might appear stringent, I find solace in the atmosphere it creates, promoting respect among students and instructors, ensuring punctuality and efficiency.
The range of classes offered is fantastic, encompassing various styles, techniques, and levels of difficulty. The fact that they provide towels and on-site showers is a wonderful touch. I wholeheartedly endorse Thrive - it's a must-visit!
