I've been practicing at CorePower Yoga for six years now. This studio is always so inspiring and positive, with a strong focus on community needs.
Sharon Wright (5/21/25, 5:16 AM):
The frawnt desk attendant (who I found out was also the teacher) was an absolute sweetheart. She (Kendra) was such a great help, as it was my first toime at a CorePowerYoga, and she went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. She also taught the most BADASS class. I love vinyasa classes, but I've found those types of classes at other studios to be too tame for my taste. Not Kendra's class. It was a challenge, but one that I relished. Kendra was so supportive as an instructor and provided excellent guidance and encouragement, and it made the class and experience that much better.
Albert Watson (5/20/25, 6:42 PM):

Core Power is the one workout I have found that does everything! It helps in building core strength, offers invigorating stretches that enhance body flexibility and provides a cardio workout for that extra burn. The instructors are simply fantastic. It's a great community that is incredibly welcoming. I have been a fan for a long time!
Doris Lewis (5/12/25, 3:09 PM):

I recently had a jolly good time at CorePower Yoga! It marked my initial foray into the world of yoga. The ambiance in the studio was set at a toasty 96 degrees. The class was easy to follow, striking a balance between serenity and challenge. I partook in the CorePower Yoga 2 session for a full 75 minutes. By the 60-minute mark, I sensed my temperature rising, but thankfully, the cooldown period was just around the corner. My favorite part was the conclusion, where we could simply recline on our mats while a soothing meditation tune played in the background. I emerged feeling invigorated and ready to tackle the day, reaping the combined benefits of yoga and a sauna-like environment. Upon exiting the studio, my hair was drenched, prompting some to jest that I had just taken a shower. The morning after, my body felt pleasantly fatigued, with a slight ache in my abs that paled in comparison to post-weightlifting soreness. Most notably, the area of my past back injury felt notably more supple and limber. Special thanks to our instructor, Monika D, who graciously provided me with a mat and towel free of charge, guided me through the poses with patience and warmth. I am already planning to make daily visits to the studio and have begun recruiting others to join me. Until tomorrow!
Ronald Turner (5/2/25, 12:42 PM):

Fantastic, intense yoga sesh. Digging the vibe and flow. And Sharon is just brilliant.
Beverly Ramos (4/29/25, 9:53 AM):
Absolutely adore this establishment. Pristine at all times and exudes a hospitable ambiance. A diverse array of classes ranging from gentle flows to empowering sculpt sessions. Every class I've partaken in has been an absolute delight. They offer a complimentary week for newcomers, a splendid opportunity to dip your toes in without a long-term commitment. Mat, towels, and water are available (for a nominal fee). Additionally, indulge in some retail therapy with their merchandise selection.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge, as it is located on Main Street. It's advisable to arrive early, as certain classes tend to fill up quickly, making it tricky to secure mat space.
Robert Wright (4/29/25, 9:49 AM):
Fabulous studio and spot on location. Grace is a top-notch instructor! I've undergone a couple of shoulder surgeries so I've recently delved into yoga. Despite being a newbie, Grace and her team made me feel at ease and empowered. Plus, her playlist is absolutely banging!
Noah Anderson (4/25/25, 5:03 PM):
Impeccably spotless washrooms, tranquil yoga spaces, and exceptional instructors!
Rachel Simmons (4/18/25, 9:28 PM):
A very supportive and experienced team of trainers, innit? It's proper helpful that they offer three free classes so you can give it a go before committing to a full membership. Cheers!
Cheryl Morales (4/16/25, 7:22 AM):
If you arrive one minute past the designated time, the entryway is secured and access to the yoga session is no longer granted! Clearly, an assessment of their customer service practices is warranted.
Jean Kim (4/15/25, 3:29 PM):
A vigorous workout with all the benefits of a mindful yoga session.
Ralph Lopez (4/12/25, 8:13 PM):
I absolutely adore the classes!
