Gerald Foster (6/15/25, 9:53 AM):
The worst thing is that I can never find any weights, and they never seem to change the water filter, so it takes forever to fill up a water bottle.
Denise James (6/13/25, 6:09 PM):
I've requested several times to pause my account, but they continue to charge me month after month.
Joe Price (6/12/25, 10:43 AM):
Packed, but it's got all the gear you need for a smashing workout
Dennis Kim (6/10/25, 1:37 PM):
It can get quite busy, but the staff is excellent.
Scott Baker (6/8/25, 4:48 PM):
Overall, not the best place. I always found this gym to be quite dirty, especially the men's locker room. Also, if you wish to cancel your membership, you have to do it in person at the gym with a manager. Hopefully, when it relocates, many of these issues will be addressed. However, they do have a good selection of equipment.
Albert Davis (6/6/25, 3:25 AM):
Though the spot and structure ain't top-notch, they're currently revamping a brand spanking new, more sizable building set to open come April. The lineup of gear is solid, but word has it the fresh locale will boast even more superior equipment and a wider array on offer to members. The crew is downright amiable and chummy, forever on the ball when assistance is required. The head honcho, Dan, is ever available and open to hearing out any issues or suggestions from the members. All in all, it's a cracking spot to get your sweat on.
Matthew Torres (6/6/25, 12:06 AM):
The staff is very friendly and polite! They have a great selection of equipment. They close at 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays!!

And yes, they do lock the doors half an hour before closing time.
Bruce Peterson (6/4/25, 4:55 PM):
People shouldn't go here, they advertise one price and charge you way more. And if you only went once and didn't like it, they give you a hard time leaving and don't refund your money. Not a good place to go to.
Olivia Hughes (6/4/25, 3:06 PM):
Lowell did a fantastic job as my first trainer, and the workout was excellent. I look forward to receiving the same high-quality experience every time.
John Hall (6/1/25, 6:19 PM):
This gym is fantastic! I make it a point to visit about 5 days a week. The variety of equipment available and the new layout are top-notch. Every employee I've interacted with has been incredibly pleasant and helpful. The cleanliness of the locker rooms is also a major plus.

However, I have to dock a few stars due to the dumbbells situation. Despite being a member for a year, there hasn't been a single day where I haven't had to scour the entire gym for specific dumbbells. I understand that it's likely other members misplacing them rather than the staff, but this issue needs to be addressed. I've brought it up to the manager and front desk multiple times, but the problem persists. It's a shame that such a minor inconvenience affects my overall rating of the gym. I wish I could give it 5 stars, but until the dumbbell situation improves, I have to stick with 3.
Brandon Lewis (5/28/25, 6:30 PM):
The place is spotless. They have just upgraded their dumbbells. They have recently introduced a smoothie bar! I would rate them 5 stars if they would rearrange the weights occasionally. You will seldom locate the weights on the weight rack and must remove them from other machines and benches. I attribute the members for not returning them, but it would be great if the staff could manage this more effectively.
Thomas Ortiz (5/26/25, 11:07 PM):
What sort of fitness center is it where for a mere $10 per month, you're restricted to working out only between 11am-3pm and 7pm-9pm? I fail to see the appeal in such a membership. Shake my head.
Vincent Jackson (5/25/25, 6:38 PM):
I signed up last week and began going this week. The blokes at the front desk are proper friendly, always greeting you with a smile and being quite helpful. Regarding the gym itself, I mainly use the treadmills, and it's been brilliant so far. I absolutely adore having a telly in front of me to watch while working out - it really helps to make the time fly by. I genuinely look forward to coming in every day, it's been an absolute blast! Cheers, WOW, hoping to smash my fitness goals!
Angela Henderson (5/24/25, 12:07 PM):
This establishment has significantly declined in quality since relocating. There is a noticeable decrease in available equipment, and inexplicably, the class rooms are now off-limits to members even when vacant, much to the confusion of both employees and customers alike. Furthermore, personally, I find that listening to Brazilian music while working out fails to provide the required motivation. It may be prudent to consider finding a new fitness center.
Amy Bailey (5/22/25, 5:14 PM):
Absolutely loving it!! The staff and atmosphere are absolutely fantastic!
Abigail Morgan (5/19/25, 11:10 PM):
Spotless, darling! The staff is absolutely lovely and the equipment selection is top-notch.
Dennis Edwards (5/18/25, 10:09 AM):
Hush, understated, and SPOTLESS!!!! Their free Fitstart was just what I required and then some. I'm sooooo thrilled
Janice Richardson (5/18/25, 4:13 AM):
The workout was proper intense, I'm well keen on teaming up with you lot in the future. I proper love a challenge, and wow, y'all know how to bring it!! Cheers!
Samantha Sanchez (5/17/25, 8:03 AM):
The cancellation process at this fitness center is incredibly frustrating. In order to cancel your membership, you have to physically go to the location, request a membership number, and then email them with a 45-day notice of your intention to cancel.

I've tried to cancel my membership multiple times, but they continue to charge me. I initially signed up for what was supposed to be a no-commitment membership because I was working out with a friend who goes there occasionally. However, after realizing that they were still charging me, I informed them of my desire to cancel. Despite this, they insist on continuing to charge me because the front desk employee forgot to send the cancellation email. I've already paid $167 and the charges keep adding up.
Gary Jackson (5/17/25, 6:25 AM):
Decent value for money and affordable option.
