I've been attempting to terminate my membership for several months now. Believe me, the challenge of trying to do this rivals any workout I've ever had at the gym. Let's be honest, they will make it challenging to cancel. I've sent written correspondence, made phone calls, and even emailed them. I chatted with the General Manager, Donald. He's a very pleasant chap. However, despite all efforts, I still can't seem to get it sorted. Next on the agenda is contacting the Massachusetts Attorney General, followed by enlisting the help of my sister who happens to be an attorney. If she needs to intervene, not only will I successfully cancel my membership, but I will also take legal action against them.

I've visited a couple of the branches. This one is undoubtedly the poorest in terms of customer service. The locker rooms are consistently unpleasant.
UPDATE: revised rating from 2 to 1 star. The management is impolite. They display a lack of concern. The employees act immaturely and are constantly glued to their phones. The bathrooms remain dirty all the time.

The gym is great for me, they have plenty of machines and free weights. The only issue is that the dumbbells only go up to 85lbs. I would love it if they went up to 100 or 110lbs.

The new spot definitely feels a bit snug compared to the previous place. There's a good amount of equipment available, and you can't really argue with the $10 monthly fee. Plus, it's a relief not having to stare at all that overwhelming purple anymore!

The fitness center is spotless and the restrooms are kept clean, although the lockers could use more frequent cleaning. Some of the equipment could use an update, but for the most part, it's in good condition.
The owner exclusively plays FOX News and NBC Sports Boston, despite suggestions left at the front desk. It would be more beneficial to have local news playing to keep members informed about relevant updates, traffic, and weather, especially since many members are commuting to and from work. We prefer not to be subjected to one-sided political views (FOX/CNN) or talk radio shows. Sportscenter provides all the sports highlights fans want to see, rather than having to listen to irrelevant opinions in the locker room.
Local news channels like 7, 8, and 12 would be more helpful for early morning attendees in terms of travel and weather information. These channels are unbiased and offer valuable information that all members would appreciate.

They really take the time to listen, which is key in properly assessing you as an individual and providing top-notch guidance for optimal results. I had a rather unfortunate experience at WOW Fitness Center regarding their customer service. Even though I am already a member at another gym, I was considering switching to WOW because of their workout classes. However, after a brief tour, when I inquired about trying out one of their classes, I was informed that I would need to become a member first. It seemed quite odd to me that they wouldn't allow a trial class, especially since their website promotes a free day pass. It's puzzling why this option wasn't presented to me. One would assume they'd want to entice potential members to join. Ultimately, this left a bad impression on me, and I have decided not to sign up with WOW. I will happily stick with my current gym instead.

I embarked on my fitness journey at Redwood just over 2 months ago at the Taunton branch. I decided to join Redwood in order to regain the confidence to become a healthier, happier version of myself, and with the guidance of Coach Cory, I have achieved just that. Despite undergoing major surgery on July 19, 2021, which has limited my range of motion and ability to lift heavy weights, Cory was incredibly understanding and patient. I provided him with all the information from my doctors, and he took the time to discuss everything with me thoroughly. Now, I have dropped 2 dress sizes, feel energetic and motivated, and I know that this is only the beginning of my journey towards a brighter future.
