Donald Ford (4/7/25, 9:09 AM):
The lady at the service desk is so rude, I tell you. I went shopping there and I stepped away from my overflowing trolley to grab a few bits and bobs. When I come back, my trolley had vanished! I reckoned the service desk might have taken it for some reason, and I was right. But then when I found it, there were extra items in there that weren’t mine, and some of the hot items I had picked were gone. I told the lady at the service desk that she had my trolley and explained that I just walked off to get a few more things. She didn't even look me in the eye. I had to repeat myself and explain my story a bit better, and only then she glanced at me and said "ok?" as if she didn't understand how she inconvenienced me. I know some shoppers might leave their trolleys, but I didn't appreciate her attitude towards me, especially considering it was her mistake. I removed the items she had added to my trolley (at that point she turned her head away from me again and wouldn't make eye contact), left them in front of her, and pushed my trolley away. Very rude, I must say.

This store used to be my favorite spot for groceries. Now, I'm obliged to purchase reusable bags or pay for brown paper bags every time I shop. They no longer offer plastic bags at the checkout. Looks like it's time to search for a new store.
Dennis Thompson (4/1/25, 11:52 PM):
I ventured to this grocery store one Sunday evening, and lo and behold, there was no soul manning the register. Yours truly had to take matters into their own hands and painstakingly ring up a cart brimming with groceries. To add insult to injury, my frustration peaked when an employee eventually sauntered over to operate a register. On a different visit, an employee had the audacity to make a snide remark regarding my presence in her lane, despite the light being off. Curiously enough, it didn't seem to be a bone of contention when she checked out the customers ahead of me with the same inactive light.

This grocery store is always spotless, extremely well arranged, and the seafood department offers FANTASTIC lobster tails and crab legs!!!! The overall friendliness of the staff is decent, I don't see a lot of interaction when I'm there. And the cashiers appear to be in their own world, eagerly waiting to finish their shift.
Riley Cruz (3/28/25, 5:28 AM):
Brilliant shopping experience, I must say. Managed to locate all the items on my list without any hassle. The cashiers kindly approached shoppers in their respective aisles to inform them of their availability, which was rather convenient and a fine example of top-notch customer service. Additionally, there were numerous safety protocols in place to ensure everyone's well-being amidst the ongoing Covid-19 situation.

This splendid cake was provided by Diana from the bakery. It was just as delightful as it appears! Many thanks for assisting in making my son's birthday a truly exceptional one.
