The facility is impeccably arranged and spotlessly clean, truly embodying the essence of a top-tier wellness establishment. My spouse and I make it a point to drop by every day for sessions of electric cryotherapy, infrared sauna, PEMF therapy, and red light therapy. If you are seeking to make a worthwhile investment in your well-being, look no further than Unwind & Summit 23. I cannot recommend it enough!

Unwind offers much more than your typical gym experience. The workout space is impeccably clean and inviting. What I love most are the red light therapy bed, cryo chamber, and pemf bed. Absolutely stunning establishment with a plethora of recovery options available. This was my maiden visit, during which I indulged in cryotherapy and the infrared sauna. Making an appointment was a breeze, thanks to their user-friendly website. Victoria was incredibly informative, giving me a thorough tour and detailing all their offerings.

The staff at Unwind-Summit 23 is absolutely brilliant and so welcoming. I suffer from an autoimmune condition and the cryotherapy treatments have truly worked wonders for me. I haven't felt this healthy in years. I would easily rate Unwind-Summit 23 a perfect 10 out of 10!
