The moment I walk in, I am met with such a warm welcome – Eric at the reception desk is just fantastic. The cleaning crew is always on top of things, ensuring the locker room stays neat and the amenities remain fresh. The facility itself is consistently spotless, bright, and so inviting. They have a wide range of workout equipment that is regularly updated, catering to all fitness needs. And if you're in search of a specific machine, just take a quick stroll 45 seconds down the hallway to the South Club – it's a dream! Oh, and let's not forget the incredible aquatic facility they offer, which the kids absolutely adore! It truly is a top-notch experience all around.

This establishment is discriminatory toward individuals with disabilities. I took time off from work to attend my scheduled massage appointment and was turned away upon arrival due to having multiple medical conditions (which have no impact on receiving a massage nor are contagious). I waited for nearly an hour trying to reach my healthcare providers as requested for clearance, only to be informed that even with doctor's approval, I would not be allowed to receive a massage because the masseuse (Holly) had decided to reject me based on my medical status (which, once again, is unrelated to the massage recommended by my doctor). No inquiries were made about my medical history prior to the appointment, and there were no indications of any medical concerns during the scheduling process. It was only when I arrived for my appointment that I was informed my presence was pointless. Since then, I have been shuffled between managers and other staff members without a satisfactory resolution to this issue. It has been over a month now, and it appears I will have no option but to seek legal counsel to prevent this from happening to others.

As of today, some improvements have been made and efforts are being put in place to enhance the gym's basic amenities. This could be considered one of the better options available in Alaska, although not quite up to par with standards observed in other parts of the world. In terms of luxury, it would probably rank around a seven or eight by Alaskan standards.

My initial review stated that despite numerous complaints, there had been no noticeable changes until recently. The showers were unclean, the spa area had an unpleasant odor, and the floors were in need of vacuuming. The lack of clean towels and presence of trash in the spa area were common issues. The high fees paid did not seem justified by the state of the facilities. There were also several broken elements in the showers, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. I expressed the willingness to remove this negative review if improvements were made, but as it stands, I have yet to see significant changes.
