This gym facility is not a welcoming place for all members, with reports of racial discrimination against African American patrons. In particular, AA members are singled out for check-ins while Caucasians are not, creating a clear bias. The author describes feeling targeted and unfairly treated by a specific employee on multiple occasions. It seems that management is also lacking in addressing these issues, with no managers ever present at the facility to address concerns. This kind of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable in any fitness club. It is recommended to find a more inclusive and equitable gym environment that values all its members equally.

Purchased multiple items from the store. One of them had a tag that got removed when I was trying it on because the metal clasp was poking me. I made sure to ask if it was possible to return it, and was assured that I could, so I ended up buying a few extra things to mix and match with what I already had. However, when I tried to return the item with the removed tag (due to it stabbing me), they refused to accept it. After a 25-minute wait, I spoke to Juliette, the manager, who treated me as if I were dishonest and trying to deceive them, displaying rudeness in her attitude towards me. According to her, it was not store policy to allow returns, even though someone had explicitly given me the go-ahead. In the end, Juliette reluctantly provided me with store credit, which I didn't really want. I definitely won't be making any future purchases from this establishment.

Outstanding gym with top-notch trainers! No problems whatsoever. Jake is an absolute beast of a trainer - highly recommendable.

I absolutely adore this gym. I've been a part of various gyms and weightlifting clubs for as long as I can remember, and it's a relief not to have concerns about contracting any infections from the equipment, floors, or other areas in the gym for once. The maintenance staff here keep it impeccably clean, and their efforts truly shine through. I sincerely hope they are well-compensated for their hard work, as they are undoubtedly the standout feature of this gym.

The main reason I decided to join is because they offer a dedicated platform for lifting, which saves me from having to spend hours driving just to get my workouts in. While I do wish they had more than one Olympic bar available, considering the myriad ways gyms can fall short, this seems like a minor inconvenience. Oh, and the cost – it's definitely on the pricier side. I definitely feel it when that $210 fee is deducted from my account every month, but after some careful consideration, in my opinion, it's worth every penny.

The trainers here are exceptional; in fact, they are probably some of the best I've ever encountered. They not only work at the gym professionally but also have a genuine passion for working out themselves. As for the equipment, it's decent – I tend to steer clear of the machines and focus on the free weights. The layout is well-designed, ensuring I never feel cramped during my workouts, and I've never had to wait for access to the platform.

Overall, this gym is arguably one of the most luxurious ones I've ever been a part of, but at my age of 60 and above, that's precisely what I need and deserve.
