Christian provided me with a lot of helpful information and made the signup process quick and easy, getting me started on my workout right away. I do feel that the guest registration could be simplified for individuals who have out-of-state identification, but Christian did his best to make it as smooth as he could within the limitations of the policies.

My experience at Fitness Connection is always top-notch. The staff is fantastic and the facility is consistently clean. I wouldn't choose any other gym to be a part of!

The children's gym is outstanding, and the employees Mel, Miah, and Moy are wonderful with my daughter.

I must say, my enrollment experience was top-notch, even though the system had a slight hiccup upon my arrival for sign-up completion. The staff I've come across have been incredibly friendly, helpful, and quite enjoyable! My only gripe would be the absence of sufficient shower heads in the ladies' restroom. Apart from that, everything has been splendid thus far!

Decent spot for the gym and quite tidy. Occasionally, a few machines may act up, but they're usually swift in getting them sorted. Not a bad gym considering the price.

The warm welcome upon entering and the willingness to assist with any inquiries or information sets the staff apart for me. I have been a member for over 10 years and plan on remaining so, because rather than just treating me as a member, they genuinely treat everyone like part of the family.
