I wanted to purchase a day pass but ended up being convinced to sign up because "it would be cheaper" and I could cancel afterwards. When I called to cancel the next day, I was told that I would have to pay the full fees for the next month plus the annual gym fee. I respect salespeople trying to earn a commission, but this felt unethical and I trust the representative at this club feels remorseful. I will retract this review if I receive a full refund.

Top-notch gym with top-of-the-line equipment. The equipment is modern and well-maintained. I decided to join this gym specifically for their motorless treadmills, the assault runner, which are hard to find in other gyms. The cleanliness and organization of the equipment is always impeccable. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist you. Jairo at the front desk is particularly helpful, offering great exercise tips and advice on the supplements they have for sale. Overall, a fantastic gym experience.

During my workout, I was approached by a "fitness manager" holding an iPad. He interrupted me in the middle of my set while I had my headphones on, and made me pause my workout to take out my earbuds so he could ask me about the facility. I answered his questions - including providing my name - and then he proceeded to inquire about my fitness goals and what I was working towards, which I declined to share. He wasn't even wearing a Fitness Connection shirt, and I wasn't sure if he actually worked there until I saw him at the front desk.
This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Claiming to be a fitness manager without any way to prove it, and stopping someone in the middle of their workout to ask personal questions about their fitness goals, was disrespectful. While the price is reasonable and the location is convenient, I would not recommend this location to anyone serious about their fitness goals.

It's a lovely gym, really! However, the music is just a tad too loud, don't you think? Also, the stretching area and mats could do with a bit of an update—they're looking a bit worn out. It would be great to have some antiseptic wipes handy instead of relying on spray bottles and paper towels. Just a thought!
