The staff is absolutely smashing! Seth sorted out my membership transfer and I'm absolutely loving Stephanie's cycling classes, as well as the hot tub and hydrochair amenities. This establishment is a fantastic addition to the City of Centennial!
Jean Ortiz (4/27/25, 4:14 AM):
The gym can be a tad crowded, but I absolutely adore it and consistently have a fantastic workout experience. The camaraderie and high energy are simply infectious. The staff, particularly Issac, adds immense value to the overall atmosphere. He's been instrumental in refining my workout techniques, providing dietary guidance, and delivering exceptional customer service. I truly believe I'd benefit greatly from having him as my personal trainer.
Michelle Brown (4/26/25, 8:29 PM):
Isaac Arellano is absolutely top-notch! Such a delightful and accommodating young man!!! The gym's location and amenities are fantastic too.
Mia Collins (4/23/25, 1:20 PM):
It was just okay. There were some clueless individuals in the mix. I've encountered a couple of instances where inconsiderate people hogged machines, and one guy actually swiped my dumbbells. Haha. But for 19.99 a month, it's par for the course. I ended my membership after a month.
Grace Evans (4/23/25, 11:25 AM):
Bailey and Allison are absolutely brilliant, they really go above and beyond in looking after and engaging with my child who has autism and requires a little extra support. They truly are the top-notch choice for childcare if you're a parent.
Gary Brown (4/22/25, 7:11 PM):
Lovely gym and fabulous staff!
I've been frequenting this establishment, among several others, and this gym consistently emits positive fitness vibes with its patrons and employees. Always tidy and well-kept with fantastic energy!

Quite the potential for a top-notch gym here.

- Stair steppers are quite crispy; definitely in need of an upgrade
- Additional benches would be absolutely fantastic
- More leg press machines, likewise
- Encouraging members to visit at varying times throughout the day would be a good initial step, but goodness me, the crowds are becoming increasingly unbearable

3 points of concern.

Andrew Flores (4/19/25, 5:59 AM):
Josh and Lisa are brilliant! The team is absolutely smashing, everyone is so uplifting and ready to lend a hand!
Kimberly Evans (4/19/25, 1:01 AM):
Good Morning! Josh and Dave over at the Vasa gym on Centennial are truly top-notch gentlemen that any IFBB Pro Body Builder would be lucky to meet. Their commitment to keeping the facility clean and their high level of professionalism are truly exceptional. If you can't support them financially, I urge you to consider honoring them with an award because, without them, this place simply wouldn't be able to run smoothly.

Ryan Hayes (4/17/25, 4:14 AM):
After being a member at this gym for over a year, I recently experienced some extremely poor customer service. Despite my loyalty as a paying customer, I was threatened by the staff with not being allowed to use the gym facilities. I intend to report this incident to corporate today and hope for some training on proper policy and procedures. Working out should be an enjoyable experience, and it's time to start looking for a new gym for my family.
Gary Sullivan (4/14/25, 6:18 PM):
Fantastic spot to get your workout in. Isaac is the go-to person if you want the lowdown on everything about this gym. He's very knowledgeable and super professional.
Sarah Phillips (4/13/25, 5:07 PM):
Top-notch gym! The cleanliness is impeccable and Bobby at the front desk is always so friendly and welcoming 😊 ...
Randy Evans (4/12/25, 2:57 AM):
I 'ave been attendin' this gym fer several months now, and I initially be givin' them a 4 star review due to equipment bein' out of service fer far too long. But they 'ave improved greatly since then. Now, the turnaround time be no more than 3-5 days. This be a top-notch gym, I must say.
Daisy Rodriguez (4/9/25, 9:54 PM):
I absolutely adore this gym! It's always immaculately clean, the maintenance is top-notch, and the equipment is of excellent quality. The folks here are incredibly friendly, including the staff. One of the employees, Isaac, was particularly welcoming and provided me with a wealth of information about the gym. He made sure I was looked after before I began my membership. Overall, it's a fantastic place with a wonderful community of people.
Christian Edwards (4/9/25, 8:26 AM):
The front desk staff are not the friendliest. When you call, they are extremely rude. If you ask them a question, they seem annoyed to provide information and are not very thorough. The childcare services are decent. The staff are kind, but there isn't much availability. If you need weekend childcare services, this location isn't the best choice. When I inquired about information, I was told to check the app, and if the times weren't listed, then it's obviously not available. The lockers are average, not the cleanest but not overly dirty. It seems like you get what you pay for.

Honestly, I would suggest paying the extra $10 and choosing another gym. The customer service is the biggest issue with this gym.
Karen Campbell (4/8/25, 5:31 AM):
The gym itself is fantastic. The staff are so friendly. I recently made the switch from Life Time to Vasa because all I was really after was a gym with top-notch weights and cardio equipment, without all the extra bells and whistles that Life Time offers. However, I'm contemplating going back because Vasa's hours are just dreadful. I understand it's a Sunday, but they had a full house tonight when they suddenly started flickering the lights and announcing they were closing at 6:00 p.m. Meanwhile, Life Time stays open until 11:00 p.m. I'd be willing to pay extra just to have the option to work out late. If you prefer to exercise early in the morning, then this wouldn't be an issue for you, in which case, Vasa is a great choice.
Robert Hill (4/2/25, 3:39 PM):
Being at VASA is like being part of a bloomin' community, mate. Cheers to Joshua for making this gym top-notch!
Isabella Ramos (4/2/25, 1:48 AM):
A proper tidy gym with oodles of room and jolly good classes on offer! The chaps and chapesses on staff are all ever so friendly and helpful, particularly Lisa, who kindly took a moment to give me the grand tour on my first visit. Cheers!
Janet Kim (4/1/25, 7:39 AM):
I do fancy going to this gym. I made the decision to downgrade to the $10 monthly membership since I wasn't using any of the extra services. I recently relocated, so I started attending a nearer gym compared to the one I used to frequent with a mate and had to switch my home branch. This left me feeling a bit disgruntled, and I contemplated switching gyms altogether when I discovered it cost $25 to change my main gym. Quite disappointing! It wouldn't be as bothersome if it were in the range of $5 to $10.
