This gym location is the absolute worst in the entire world, I must say. Their system is incredibly unreliable. How on earth can they neglect to sync a member's account for months on end?????????? Honestly, I'd rate them 0 out of 10 stars if I could. I truly dread having to visit Planet Fitness for work. Moreover, the staff here isn't particularly helpful. The employees at other branches are far more accommodating than those at this specific location.

I 'ave jus' started goin' to this gym again afta takin' a break for a few years. The shower area is not bein' cleaned as often as it used to be. Both times I've been there recently, there were long hairs bunched up on the floor. It definitely needed swept or mopped. I would always see an employee cleanin' a few years ago. Now I 'ave yet see anyone step out from behind the counter.

Switched back to Planet Fitness after being at the YMCA. It just makes more sense to go to Planet Fitness where it's always open and who doesn't love tanning, right?

The staff at the gym are jolly good and ever so helpful. There 'ave been occasions when I've noticed customers not botherin' to wipe down the equipment, but the staff swiftly sprung into action, and that's greatly appreciated, it is.

Decent gym, the staff are always pleasant. Not a huge fan of the layout with cardio facing the free weights. It can feel like being in a fishbowl. If you're in decent shape, some of the other patrons on cardio tend to stare a bit too much.

The Hanover Pa. spot boasts a lovely and helpful staff who are well trained. Justin, the weekend closer on Fridays and Saturdays, is simply awesome. The gym premises are kept very clean. Cheers!

When you decide to terminate your membership, make sure you do it right. I went in June to cancel, and they keep charging me up to this day. I returned and was informed that my membership was never canceled. I'm not the only one this has happened to. I'm very annoyed and would like a refund of the $20 I mistakenly paid after believing my account was closed. When I described the staff member I spoke with, they said no one matching that description worked at that time of day when I visited. Of course, that person wouldn't remember who was on duty two months ago!!! ENSURE YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS CANCELED BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!

The staff is quite helpful. The app is user-friendly and allows me to check if the gym is busy before I arrive. The environment is clean and welcoming. It's a judgment-free zone, though they do spell "judgment" as "judgEment" on their walls - pardon my inner teacher! I've only been going for a week, but this experience has made me look forward to working out. My 13-year-old son and I enjoy it. Exercising together is fun and we're getting fit as a team. He enjoys challenging me on the treadmill with speed and calories burned. Both Planet Fitness locations in Hanover and West York are excellent, but we prefer Hanover because the layout is a bit different and it's not as crowded during our preferred times.

I really fancy Planet Fitness because it's more budget-friendly compared to other high-end gyms, and it’s conveniently located near my place, making it a breeze to fit into my schedule. The variety of new equipment they offer is impressive, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

As per usual, fantastic Fitness club, fabulous staff, very welcoming. top-notch new equipment, exceptionally clean gym, the price is spot on. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++. I highly recommend Planet Fitness.

I popped into the gym on September 7th to get my sweat on. I've got a real medical condition, you see. The bloke at the front desk was terribly rude and lacked professionalism. Never encountered such behavior there before. Is this the sort they hire in a supposedly "non-judgemental" setting???

What a jolly good place, this gym! The chaps and lasses there are ever so friendly, and the staff? Oh, they're just splendid! Let me tell you about a couple of fine employees you'll find there. First, there's Tyler. He's an absolute gem, always ready to lend a hand and answer any queries you may have. And then we have Aaron, a real gentleman who's equally helpful and willing to assist with anything you need. In my humble opinion, both of them deserve a raise for their outstanding service. That's why Planet Fitness is undoubtedly the top pick among all the gyms in town. Cheers to that!

Before I moved a couple of hours away, I popped into the store to cancel my membership. They declined and mentioned it could be done through the app. However, upon moving, I discovered that cancellation needed to be done in person, which I was previously denied. For the past three years, I have been continuously paying the monthly and annual fees, and finding it extremely difficult to resolve. Why was I provided with incorrect information that made a simple situation unnecessarily complex, all the while taking my money?
