I popped in as a visitor and Joe Hess really came through for me. He had me feeling right at home from the get-go and truly enhanced the whole experience. The gym itself was top-notch! There were plenty of machines and lots of room to stretch out. All the amenities were modern and the locker rooms were big and squeaky clean.
Bruce Jenkins (6/15/25, 8:42 AM):
Coming all the way from Louisville, Kentucky, I popped into 24 Hour Fitness and was welcomed by Mike with amazing energy and vibes. The gym was spotless, equipped with every piece of gear you could wish for, luxurious bathrooms, a pool, and a jacuzzi! It was bustling with male and female athletes of all ages. Don't be daunted - give it a go, you won't be let down!
Dennis Hughes (6/14/25, 7:41 AM):
This was my initial visit to this specific gym and I was utterly impressed. I found all the machines and weights I required. It wasn't crowded at all, and this wasn't even the best part. Trisha is absolutely fantastic! I inquired about things I could have probably figured out on my own, but she was incredibly helpful. Above all, she was friendly, accommodating, and extremely professional!
Victoria Fisher (6/14/25, 5:09 AM):
This gym is the absolute worst! I popped in to sign up for a free trial Zumba class and the staff insisted I either buy a membership on the spot or scram! All he cared about was getting you to join right then and there. He wouldn't stop blabbering about the cost. Needless to say, I left and never looked back! Such dreadful manners!
Megan Martin (6/12/25, 11:48 PM):
Fantastic gym, incredibly tidy with ample room for exercising!
Betty Kim (6/12/25, 2:30 AM):
A fantastic gym with a basketball court, weights, treadmills/cardio gear, and group classes. The ceilings are high, giving it an airy feel. I popped in around 11am and found it quite bustling, except for the basketball court, which seemed a bit neglected and dusty. Perhaps that's why it was deserted. Overall, the rest of the facilities were kept relatively clean. However, after a couple of hours, the crowd thinned out.
Daniel Richardson (6/9/25, 5:24 AM):
Braeden was absolutely brilliant at the front desk, assisting me in sorting out my family accounts. I visit 3 24-hour fitness gyms in the vicinity, and this one is hands down my favorite. The facilities are spotless and the service is top-notch!
Keith Sanders (6/9/25, 4:40 AM):
Absolutely spotless. Top-notch staff and personal trainers. Thanks for a fantastic year.
Patricia Reyes (6/8/25, 1:13 PM):
I 'ave been a member fer 22 years. Quite disheartened to witness this place's steady decline. The reviews keep rollin' in, all lamentin' 'bout the filth and disrepair 'round 'ere. Then they come back with promises of a "clean comfortable environment" and "improvements in progress." But, as the days turn inta weeks and months, no improvements in sight. Seems like 24 Hour is just collectin' memberships without makin' a single effort to improve. Time passes, status quo remains or even worsens. I ain't keen on goin' elsewhere, but looks like I might have to. Not that they'll give a toss.
Patrick Ortiz (6/8/25, 5:24 AM):
I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment. 24 Hour Fitness is a complete scam. Even after you cancel your membership, they will keep charging you. The employees are extremely impolite and offer no assistance. The General Manager, "Patrick," will speak to you in a condescending manner as if he single-handedly manages the entire organization. I recommend refraining from signing up or setting foot in this place. They will relentlessly bother you until they ultimately deceive you.
Evelyn Kim (6/7/25, 4:02 PM):
This gym is absolutely top-notch with fantastic equipment and a stunning facility. The saunas and pool are simply brilliant. It's a fantastic place to work on your fitness. If you're looking to go the extra mile and have a great coach on your wellness journey, I highly recommend partnering with Hunter Faber. He has not only educated me on proper form and technique but has also helped me reach my goals and make positive lifestyle changes to become a healthier and happier individual!
Lauren Gutierrez (6/7/25, 7:55 AM):
The equipment is top-notch, the facilities are pristine, and there's ample room to move around. However, I've had three locks either broken or snipped off at this gym. They've got a real issue with theft, I must say. If you choose to exercise here, it's best not to bring anything of significant value along and leave it unattended in the locker room. Before long, it's bound to disappear.
Jack Sullivan (6/5/25, 4:37 PM):
My partner and I recently started going to this gym. The main issue I've encountered is that it's quite grubby! I've never come across a gym that's as dirty as this one. The bathrooms and changing rooms are always untidy and have a terrible smell. The floors don't seem to be cleaned or mopped, and there's overflowing trash. I rarely see any staff members tidying up the equipment or anything else for that matter. I bring my own cleaning cloth to wipe down the gear before and after using it. The paper towels provided for cleaning the equipment are flimsy and easily tear. I really hope that management will implement some changes to address this issue. With a bit of tender loving care, this place could be fantastic.
Arthur Ward (6/3/25, 2:01 AM):
Fantastic spot to get a good sweat in, with a tad more space than the Castle Rock spot.
Diane Sanders (6/2/25, 1:26 PM):
I don’t expect much from a gym when it comes to cleanliness, but this particular spot really takes the biscuit, mate. It's a proper shame that there's no pride in looking after the place. There's loads of things falling apart and just random rubbish and clutter everywhere.
They told me the Sauna wouldn't be fixed for another 2-3 weeks (it's already been about 2 weeks out of service). And one of the basketball hoops has been smashed for over a month now. I reckon I'll probably get some standard reply like the other reviewers, but thought it was worth posting this feedback regardless. Cheers!
Debra Reyes (5/27/25, 12:32 PM):
I've been a member of this GYM for years. Since the previous GM departed, the quality has declined. However, you get what you pay for! With a $9 membership, one can't expect top-notch facilities. Personally, I pay full price and simply wish for basic amenities like paper towels in the dispensers and toilet paper in the stalls and bathrooms. Today was the last straw when I had to trek downstairs for paper towels, only to find no toilet paper in the restroom. I anticipate that this review may be overshadowed by requests for positive feedback from members and team members. Nevertheless, all I ask for my $47.99 monthly fee is to have toilet paper readily available in the bathrooms and the dispensers consistently stocked.
Carolyn Ford (5/26/25, 11:37 PM):
Aye, this 24-hour gym is a proper gem! It's always spotless and never too packed. The lockers are clean, and there's a lovely hot tub to relax in. The folks here mind their own business and the vibe is top-notch. The fella at the front desk is a real gentleman. Cheers!
Albert Adams (5/24/25, 3:31 PM):
I must say, I am giving this place a 5-star rating solely for the incredible work of the new cleaning lady, Jackie! She is putting in the effort every day to clean the entire building from top to bottom, and let me tell you, it's the cleanest it has ever been!
I sincerely hope the management takes note of this review and considers giving her a raise as a way to show appreciation and ensure she stays with us! Jackie really knows how to clean properly! The restrooms are spotless, with paper towels stocked in the dispensers, and the gym floor is free of dust and dirt!
Thanks to Jackie’s hard work, the whole gym experience now feels like a perfect 10! Jackie, you are truly a gem at this location.
Diane Rivera (5/24/25, 4:14 AM):
I recently signed up a couple of days ago and decided to kick things off with a Saturday morning workout at 6am, only to find the gym doors firmly locked. Despite the stated opening hours indicating they should be open at 5am on Saturdays, there was no sign of life when I arrived. After waiting around for an hour and seeing no progress, I eventually gave up and left at 7am. Many others were also left frustrated, congregating in the parking lot. This whole situation is just ridiculous - what a letdown this place has turned out to be.
Raymond Martinez (5/18/25, 12:00 PM):
I absolutely adore their classes and instructors, but alas, the floors seem to be perpetually filthy. I have voiced my concerns to no avail. This very morn, I encountered a dust bunny the magnitude of an authentic bunny on the stairs, along with other sizable pieces of dirt. It is quite disheartening, really. One must strive for improvement.
