Matt and his team at Fitness Lab are absolutely fantastic! I've been a Triathlete for years, met Matt at a free "get to know us" event, and have been regularly attending ever since. I didn't think I needed physical therapy, but little did I know how much I would benefit from his Functional Movement therapy. I've been getting stronger, improving my physical fitness, and most importantly, I have no pain at all! It's been so rewarding to consistently win on the podium thanks to Matt and his training. What sets them apart is that I truly feel like part of the "family." During each session, whether it's with Matt or another team member, they give me their undivided attention, understand my needs, and make sure I perform exercises correctly with the right weight, reps, form, and more. I'm incredibly impressed and grateful for the amazing work Matt and his team do. Thank you, Matt & Team!

Fitness Lab is absolutely brilliant. I've only visited twice, but every workout and physical therapy session is customized to your individual needs for improvement. Tom is fantastic, and I truly value the assistance and encouragement he provides me. In sum, I would wholeheartedly recommend Fitness Lab to everyone without hesitation. 10/10!

I am heading to The Fitness Lab for PT following a knee replacement. The staff is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Tim Rutan is excellent, and I am right on track with my progress as per my doctor's instructions.

Bill is the top-notch PT I've ever had. He listens, is caring, and very transparent about your condition and what to expect. I had a highly serious but uncommon muscle tear, and he knew precisely how to tackle it without exacerbating the injury. Matt, Tim, and John are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I've undergone several surgeries, and I would entrust them with all my PT or personal training needs.

In a BRILLIANT manner, this isn't your run-of-the-mill Physical Therapy establishment. By merging Physical Therapy and Personal Training - after completing the therapy phase, I delved into personal training to bolster my strength and reduce the risk of future injuries. The team is extremely amicable, and the physicians and trainers possess expert knowledge in their field.

I've been attending FitnessLab for more than a year now, and my wife has been a member since the beginning. Matt and his team genuinely care about helping you improve your movement abilities. They are approachable, supportive, and offer a wide range of services.

At FitnessLab, you can engage in traditional movement training, exercise programs, and physical therapy sessions.

I highly recommend speaking to Matt; he's not only a wonderful person but also very knowledgeable in his field.

When I first started at FitnessLab, I had severe plantar fasciitis, which caused a lot of pain when walking. But now, thanks to their help, I move more freely, lift weights, and walk without any foot discomfort.

I 'ad reconstructive knee surgery in February and was not makin' progress with me physical therapy until I started to work with Kyra from Fitness Lab. She 'as been supportive and provided the right PT to get me movin' forward in me recovery.

I absolutely adore Dr. Brooke Malloy! At nearly 50 and a tad on the plump side, I took a tumble down the stairs and ended up fracturing my ankle. After a month of hobbling about in a boot, I knew I needed her expertise. Physical therapy was quite challenging, but she and the other staff members made it not only manageable but enjoyable. They didn't just concentrate on my ankle; they worked on my entire body to restore a proper gait and ankle function. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone in need of physical therapy to visit the Fitness Lab.

Ashton is not just an expert in Professional Knowledgeable and many important aspects of personalized Physical Therapy programs, but his personality and approach are truly unmatched. Why such a long and elaborate statement? Well, due to my severe health conditions, my Physicians have mandated that I attend Physical Therapy. I have endured the commitment of the yoga mat, stationary bike approach, impossible schedules, and questionable cleanliness, and let me tell you - I have earned this one! Kristin P absolutely smashed it with my torn quad tendon. I rolled in on crutches with 50 degrees of flex in my knee. When I left, I was rocking 138 degrees of flex and squatting a solid 135 pounds. Her treatment plan posed just the right challenges at the perfect moments, allowing me to witness weekly improvements. Cheers to Kristin for her top-notch work!

Make sure to visit Tom, the Physical Therapist at the Fitness Lab in the DTC, if you require any type of physical rehabilitation. My doctor collaborates with Tom and recommended him to me, and after only 2 sessions, I have seen significant improvement. I am certain that my pain, stiffness, and tightness will diminish as I continue my PT sessions with Tom. You will value his expertise, dedication, and it's a plus that he also has a wonderful personality!
