Jake is an absolutely brilliant trainer, I must say. Not only does he really push you during each workout, but he also pays close attention to the finer details of what's going on. I was experiencing dreadful back spasms for the first 4 weeks of the 6-week program, and he made sure to stretch me out when needed and modify the exercises to ease the strain on my back. The nutrition plan is a breeze to follow and doesn't leave you feeling like you're starving at all! I managed to shed 14 pounds and over 8% body fat in just 6 weeks. I would highly recommend these chaps if you're aiming to get in shape, drop a few pounds, or simply take your fitness game to the next level. Cheers!

The best decision I made in 2019 was joining bodyfit and taking on the 42-day challenge. Not only did I achieve my goal, but it has also motivated me in other areas of my life spiritually, mentally, etc. I am grateful for Chris, Robyn, Leila, Alec, and Shawn for all that you do. You guys and gals are awesome, as is everyone who attends. I highly recommend going to bodyfit; it is worth the money and you will not be let down.

Wonderful Trainers.... a positive, enjoyable atmosphere. Intimate group sessions where individuals are at varied levels, but pushing themselves towards their own fitness objectives collectively. Abundant positive reinforcement from all participants in the class.

Absolutely! This gym is a fantastic place to connect with like-minded individuals. The nutrition, workouts, and trainers are top-notch. The workouts run for 45 minutes, and you always have two trainers assisting up to 12 people in a class. I always leave feeling fantastic. What I truly appreciate is the constant challenge I face during my workouts. Despite my back issues, the trainers are excellent at modifying my exercises as needed. The gym has a welcoming community vibe that I adore. I also love the convenience of being able to reach out to my trainers via text anytime I have questions, and they always respond promptly. That level of service is unparalleled. I started in June 2018 with the six-week challenge and personalized nutrition plan. The difference in how I feel and my strength is remarkable. Being over 50, I've made this part of my lifestyle and have never felt better! I attend four times a week and absolutely love it. Lifestyle changes truly make a difference. I feel fortunate to have discovered Bodyfit. Huge thanks to Alec, Sedona, Jake, Channing, and Shawn for all their hard work and dedication to us!

This is my 2nd go-around. I took on a 6-week challenge a few years back and shed 17 lbs to prep for my national pickleball tournament.
This time, I opted for an 18-week program that's guiding me in adopting lifestyle changes to maintain my weight loss...for good. I'm enjoying collaborating with the team and tweaking things bit by bit to ensure I keep making progress week after week.

I wos an athlete through the end of my college career. It was easy to consistently stay fit. I could eat anything I wanted and keep a consistent figure. After I graduated I continued to workout, but wasn't seeing the same results as my intake (food) no longer matched my output in the gym and other activities. I was referred to BodyFit by some friends, and it was the best decision I could have made. I reached a level of fitness I'd never attained while I was an athlete. BodyFit taught me how to manage my intake and output to get the results I wanted without having to sacrifice the hours I have put into my career. Whatever results you're looking for, if you follow the BodyFit model, you'll achieve them.

I absolutely adore this spot. I highly recommend giving BodyFit a go. I've tried both the one on one personal training with nutrition counseling and the group classes. The classes are not only enjoyable but also quite demanding. Alec and Sedona are usually in charge of the classes; they are truly fantastic trainers and genuinely wonderful individuals. I appreciate that the trainers are certified and make sure everyone is maintaining proper form throughout the workout. They also offer alternative exercises for those with injuries or mobility issues. I love the small class sizes, the various time options, and the range of exercises available. And, let's not forget about the group camaraderie! Who doesn't have 45 minutes to squeeze in a solid workout for the day? It's completely achievable.

I 'ave neva 'ad such a good time workin' out until now. Alex and Sedona are top trainers. They 'ave been right patient with me. The classes last 45 minutes and afta I'm finished, I'm proper knackered but feel fantastic. I'm in better form and stronger than I've been since I was a young 'un. Cheers!
