I absolutely adore this gym! I've been attending for three months now and I've become quite addicted to the workouts. The coaches are absolutely brilliant, super motivating, and really push you to give it your all. I truly enjoy every workout session with each coach. Orangetheory is like a blend of a standard gym and personal training. One thing I love about OTF is that there's a fresh workout to tackle every single day. It keeps your body and mind on their toes and never becomes dull. I'm lucky enough to be able to go six days a week, only skipping one day for much-needed rest. The workouts cater to all levels, from beginners to athletes. I relocated to Idaho in August to start a highly stressful job, and OTF has been a godsend in helping me stay grounded.

My first/home studio be Orange Theory in Lehi, UT. I can only compare my experiences between the two locations since being in Boise this summer.

The workouts be top-notch. I endeavor to come daily if I can, unless I be too sore, but the workouts be consistent across the country, no matter where you find yourself that day. The trainers be equally lively, energizing, and motivational wherever you go. They have a penchant for playing more 90s music, which I thoroughly enjoy.

Meridian appears to be much busier. Classes fill up quicker, so I find meself signing up for waitlists more frequently. Fortunately, many folks drop out, but at times it be a last-minute scramble.

In Lehi, you have the liberty to choose where you want to commence the workout when you check-in (treads, rowers, weight floor). In Meridian, this choice be not bestowed upon you. They typically assign you a station at check-in.

The studio in Meridian be somewhat cramped for floor exercises near the rowers. You may need to space yourself out or relocate to avoid colliding with others. I always feel grateful for the ample airflow that aids everyone in pushing themselves forward.

The workout be truly worth it, without a doubt. The facility be consistently clean, and the staff be amicable. I have never felt as strong or had such endurance in all me days = truly life-changing.

I absolutely adore the level of challenge you can set for yourself at this gym. It's open to people of all ages and body types, with no judgment whatsoever - just a positive and supportive atmosphere all around. The coaches and staff are truly outstanding. I appreciate how the coaches genuinely care about pushing you to do your best, and they always make sure you're okay if you're having a tough day or struggling with an exercise. It's great that there are modifications available for every exercise or station, in case you're not able to do a particular movement.
