Chloe Bailey (6/3/25, 3:55 PM):
I absolutely adore going to Pivot in the mornings. The gym is fabulous and offers a wide array of equipment for targeting every muscle group. Plus, they have group classes like yoga and spin. Mary, the gym coordinator, has become a dear friend of mine. She is incredibly kind and always ready to assist. I genuinely look forward to our interactions. Well done, Pivot!
Shirley Martinez (6/2/25, 8:41 PM):
Fantastic gym, impeccably clean with a welcoming atmosphere. The operating hours are also fantastic for members.
Helen Morales (5/31/25, 2:10 AM):
The facility is absolutely top-notch, the locker room is fantastic, but I must say I was a tad let down by the lack of diversity in the machines available.
Jennifer Reyes (5/28/25, 12:10 PM):
This gym in the valley is absolutely top-notch. As a former division 1 college athlete, I hold my fitness standards quite high. The fact that this establishment is owned and operated by one of the most accomplished female Olympians ensures that their training programs are among the most meticulously designed not just in the valley, but anywhere. It's evident that Kristin Armstrong had a clear vision for enhancing the well-being of our community members across all aspects of their lives. The inclusion of on-site physical therapists, options for health check-ups, community-building group classes, and more truly showcase this commitment. For anyone considering joining this gym, I highly recommend attending the group classes. The coaches are exceptional, and the camaraderie amongst participants is fantastic. I've personally made some wonderful friends through this experience.
Leonard Graham (5/27/25, 9:28 PM):
Fantastic gym. The folks who work there are top-notch. Much appreciated for all the help.
William Butler (5/27/25, 5:31 PM):
Superb classes and instructors. I derive far greater benefits from the classes than I do from an open gym.
Beverly Turner (5/24/25, 11:44 AM):
I absolutely adored Pivot during my time as a member! The POD (functional training) classes were truly exceptional. They truly seem to recruit the very best trainers out there. Anthony is hands down my favorite. The only reason I ended my membership is because the Tenmile location doesn't have class times that match up with my schedule. I tried asking for late afternoon / early evening POD classes, but was informed it wasn't happening anytime soon. I was also saddened when they did away with the beginner POD program. All in all, I miss those classes dearly. It was such a fantastic atmosphere. I wouldn't sign up just for the open gym…it's quite lacking. However, the unlimited membership offers incredible value for the range of classes available. If they brought back late afternoon classes, I'd definitely consider rejoining.

Just poured some concrete next door. Saw lots of fit and attractive people coming in and out.
Arthur Reyes (5/22/25, 6:21 PM):
Absolutely smashing gym! The gear and atmosphere are truly inspiring for novices and seasoned gym-goers alike.
Mary Barnes (5/22/25, 1:41 AM):
I am exceedingly disappointed with the functional fitness room and the consistency of the facility's ability to maintain advertised hours of operation. The staff has asked me in the middle of a workout to finish up so they could leave early, which is extremely unprofessional. I often schedule the end of my day and leave my office to ensure I can arrive before it closes, and it consistently closes early. I specifically joined the gym for access to that room. I am ready to cancel my membership. I called the Boise location to see if they maintain a more consistent schedule, and was told, "Well, if it's slow, we just go home." What?????
Isabella Murphy (5/19/25, 8:23 PM):
Aye, this gym is spotless and the staff are top-notch. It's probably one of the cleanest gyms I've been to, and there are plenty of options available during the working hours. It's not too crowded, but the workout classes tend to fill up fast!
Amelia Adams (5/14/25, 2:39 AM):
Fantastic spot for a sweat sesh!
Marilyn Hernandez (5/11/25, 5:45 AM):
I wanna write a bad review for this place to keep it all to myself but honestly, it's a brilliant gym! It's clean, has top-notch equipment, and the staff are fantastic.
Debra Hernandez (5/9/25, 7:57 AM):
Ignite is exactly what my body craves on Thursday mornings. It resets both my body and mind, rejuvenating me completely.
Judy Rogers (5/7/25, 4:25 PM):
Brilliant gear in this spanking new establishment. Three distinct studios for cycling, yoga, and functional training. Top-notch coaches, instructors, and trainers in the area. A fantastic community is blossoming here. If you're on the lookout for a fresh spot to cater to your fitness requirements, do check out PIVOT.
Bobby Clark (5/7/25, 4:21 PM):
Tidiest Gym. Most Welcoming Staff. Most Enjoyable Classes.
Olivia Fisher (5/4/25, 4:22 PM):
Absolutely gobsmacked by this establishment! The POD classes are impeccably crafted with attentive instructors and top-of-the-line equipment. The cycling classes are equally fantastic, high energy instructors and quality bikes with a monitoring system. The gym area is also superb, you can see they were very selective with the machines they chose to bring in. They're of premium quality and user-friendly. I am completely sold on this fitness facility! Wonderful energy, well-thought-out layout, and an all-around positive environment to be in!
Samuel Butler (4/25/25, 1:20 AM):
The atmosphere here is splendid. Top-notch equipment and classes. The staff is very welcoming. The trainers and all employees are highly knowledgeable and skilled. Definitely a thriving business.
Kathleen Martin (4/24/25, 10:26 PM):
I quite fancy this gym, there's a lovely lady there who is ever so helpful and knowledgeable. Whenever you need assistance with lifting weights, she's always there to lend a hand without making it awkward. The only downside is that the cardio room closes around 3 pm, which can be a bit inconvenient. One time, I was asked to leave as they were closing up while I was still finishing my workout.

Also, there's a staff member who can be a tad rude and unhelpful. When I asked for some help with spotting, they brushed me off, saying they were busy on the computer and suggested asking a fellow gym-goer instead. It was rather unprofessional and now I feel uncomfortable interrupting someone else's workout to assist me, especially when I believe it should be the staff's responsibility. This little hiccup prevented me from giving them an extra two stars in my rating.
Patricia Garcia (4/23/25, 11:40 PM):
I had a membership at Pivot for about a year, didn't go very often... it is sparkling new and clean and deserves kudos for that, and it was never that crowded when I went there. The problem is that the room with the SGT equipment is kept closed except for classes. As a result, the space that you have to work with for a standard membership is small and somewhat limited for equipment, although it should be said that the equipment that was there was top notch. All in all Pivot is a good fallback option, even if it falls a little short of my number 1 choice.
