Randy Reyes (6/3/25, 12:50 PM):
I must say, I am terribly let down by this gym. They promote women empowerment and tout themselves as a sanctuary for women, yet they scold individuals for getting their groove on, applauding fellow women, and attempting to inject some fun into group workouts. As an exclusive establishment for women, it has the potential to be a fantastic spot for fostering friendships and forming a community, but instead it hinders women from feeling at ease and self-assured in their own bodies, as well as exploring ways to infuse enjoyment into fitness. It's the complete antithesis of what they purport to represent.
Megan Richardson (6/3/25, 7:50 AM):
The place is quite lovely and tidy. The staff are ever so friendly and professional, especially Mylee, who I've known for quite some time now! I've decided to rejoin to partake in the Elite Classes.
Nancy Phillips (6/1/25, 4:56 PM):
I'm a huge admirer of Strive Fitness! Top-notch classes. Lively and amiable instructors.
Anna Rodriguez (5/31/25, 9:01 AM):
I absolutely adore it!! The folks are simply lovely! The classes are absolutely fantastic!!
Allison Wright (5/27/25, 2:17 PM):
I 'ave ventured to strive before to give a group fitness class a go, and I 'ad a jolly good time in that atmosphere with everyone 'avin' fun and makin' sure I felt welcomed. I'm absolutely appalled to 'ear about the way you are treatin' certain members. I can't even begin to fathom thinkin' it's okay to single out certain members who 'ave clearly brought in a lot of new business and monthly income for your gym. I will make sure I never go there again, as well as any of my mates or family. I would loathe to be humiliated for 'avin' a good time with my pals. Disgraceful behavior from a so-called "business".
Evelyn Hayes (5/25/25, 7:13 PM):
Top spot in the region for a workout! The gear is kept in tip-top shape with a great selection. The staff and instructors are friendly and helpful. And it’s spotless, absolutely spotless!
Brittany Price (5/25/25, 1:39 PM):
The gym is spotless. The staff member who was working on the 7th of May was lovely and charming.
Joe Myers (5/24/25, 9:21 PM):
I absolutely adore Strive's new express workouts in the early hours of the day. The cheerful and supportive ladies at the front desk have truly left a lasting impression on me. I simply love the sauna, as well as the additional perks such as coffee, water, and feminine products provided for everyone! The monthly membership fee is quite reasonable considering all the amenities included. Thank you, Strive, for providing such a fantastic experience!
Thomas Davis (5/23/25, 2:10 PM):
I absolutely adore the classes, but it seems they're becoming quite crowded. We're running low on equipment, mats, and weights.
Arthur Lewis (5/20/25, 9:11 PM):
Shapes is absolutely fabulous! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I'm thrilled to be a part of this wonderful community!
David Butler (5/20/25, 3:30 PM):
Very helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic classes. Immaculate facility with a wide range of equipment.
Austin King (5/17/25, 9:38 PM):
Allow me to begin by sayin', I've met some of me best mates at this gym, and that be the only reason why I'm givin' this review a 1 star. There be a few instructors/trainers that are diamonds in the ruff, however the management and controllin' tendencies (for a gym that be supposed to be about women empowerment & acceptance) be unlike any other gym I've ever been a member at. I have plenty o' examples but I won't bore ye with 'em, but the most mind blowin' one be that there was a “no filmin' durin' group fitness classes” rule that was enforced due to member safety, a few months later, an employee (ACTUALLY the group fitness manager) was in the middle of the room recordin' content- DOUBLE STANDARDS alllllll over the place. I have a big problem for people who don’t practice what they preach. I have many more incidents of poor management and lack of accountability while tryin' to take control over every aspect of me workout and frankly made me feel super uncomfortable at a place that should do the exact opposite. I was a payin' member of the gym, brought in 10+ new members, posted about Strive on me social media, and got treated so disrespectfully in return. If you’re lookin' for a gym where ye can just do yer own weight/cardio workout, sure. But save yerself the stress, disrespect and judgement from “management” by takin' yer business elsewhere.
Lauren Ramos (5/17/25, 6:17 PM):
Top-notch gym! I absolutely adore the staff and trainers. A definite recommendation! The group fitness classes are my absolute favorite, with the most fantastic instructors.
Benjamin Wright (5/17/25, 2:49 AM):
Do ya hate workin' out around lads? Or do ya just hate fellas in general? Well, this is the perfect gym for ya! All jokes aside, I really dinnae like goin' to the gym. I never felt welcomed and never liked the environment. Lisa's amazin' and makes ya feel so comfortable and accepted. The gym is very welcomin' and everyone there is supportive. The group classes are great and have a wide variety of times to fit everyone’s schedule. I actually look forward to goin' to the gym now. If you’re debating/not sure if ya want to try this gym, I recommend comin' in for a tour and givin' it a go.
Sara Evans (5/15/25, 1:38 PM):
I absolutely adore this gym! The ladies here are incredibly encouraging and supportive. It's really wonderful to be part of a community that uplifts you and assists you in achieving your goals.
Bradley Jenkins (5/12/25, 11:09 PM):
Spotless, welcoming, and the most amazing trainers you'll ever come across!!
George Edwards (5/12/25, 8:15 AM):
This gym is absolutely brilliant, I must say! The staff are all so very friendly and helpful. And oh, the extra perks like the sauna and hot chocolate/kitchen station to whip up a quick smoothie on your way out, simply marvellous! The small group training classes, they're quite fun and effective, I must say!
Timothy Kim (5/10/25, 3:57 PM):
I absolutely adore this women's gym! The vibe, sense of community, and the support system created by the staff make it a breeze to feel right at home and eager to be a part of it all! It's a blast to have the choice of joining kick-butt classes led by incredible instructors or making use of the top-notch equipment and machines to reach your fitness goals. And let's not forget about the posh sauna to amplify your health benefits, located in the roomy locker area complete with showers to freshen up post-workout – now that's a stellar added perk!
My little ones have taken a shine to the Kidz Kan 2 classes for "building big muscles!" They are thrilled (and I am equally thrilled) that they get to learn how to move their energetic bodies!
Brian Young (5/8/25, 5:22 PM):
This gym is absolutely dreadful! The lack of professionalism is staggering. They have youngsters overseeing the children's classes, which is in violation of Idaho state law as they should be licensed as a daycare facility! The young individuals manning the front desk are discourteous and don't even bother to acknowledge your presence! I would never suggest this gym to anyone under any circumstances!
Roy Sanchez (5/5/25, 10:46 PM):
I'm absolutely loving Shapes! The classes are simply amazing, with instructors who challenge and listen, top-notch equipment, and fantastic restroom facilities complete with a sauna. The personal attention and encouragement are second to none. Thank you, Shapes!
