The top-notch gym in the area, boasting excellent classes and top-of-the-line equipment. The locker rooms are consistently pristine and spacious. The staff and trainers are simply splendid, providing fantastic support.

Oh, dear! What an unfortunate situation you've found yourself in with this gym. It sounds like their billing practices and customer service leave much to be desired. It's truly a shame that despite giving ample notice to cancel your membership, they still billed you for the following month and are refusing to provide a refund, especially since you haven't even been using the facilities. And to top it off, being misled by their management team regarding a potential refund only adds insult to injury. It seems like they are more interested in collecting as much money as they can rather than providing a satisfactory service. What a disappointing experience for you.

I 'ave found this fitness establishment to be just what I require in a workout center. It is impeccably clean and well-kept. There is a plethora of gear and a diverse range of equipment for members to utilize. I've been part of several sports clubs in me time. Saco Sport and Fitness be me favorite, no doubt about it.

UPDATE: The ruffian happens to be family buddies with the proprietor, and that's evidently why no steps were taken by the establishment. Upon revealing the identity of my assailant, she expressed reluctance as she "didn't want it to be him" and mentioned, "we know him and his father well." Strangely, the attacker narrated a different account to her and then altered the narrative the following day when speaking to him! ALL THE ACCUSATIONS THEY ARE MAKING AGAINST ME OCCURRED AFTER I WAS ASSAULTED! The so-called "investigation" was nowhere near thorough.

Following a physical assault in the sauna, I departed without any intervention from the owner. It's advisable to avoid visiting between 3-6pm, as it gets very crowded with teenagers aged 12-16 loitering around almost all the equipment. The showers are typically quite filthy as well, as a friend ended up contracting athlete's foot on multiple occasions.

Saco Sport and Fitness is absolutely brilliant! The folk there are just so friendly and helpful. The vibe is all about encouragement and support. The place is spick and span, well-kept, and efficiently managed. They've got every bit of kit you could ever dream of in a gym, and then some! The trainers are top-notch, and they offer a wide array of fitness classes to cater to all levels and preferences. I pop in there about six days a week, and gosh, it's a struggle to tear myself away!
Signing up at Saco Sport and Fitness has truly been one of the best decisions I've made for myself. It's an investment in your wellbeing, no doubt!

Outstanding team
A plethora of diverse classes.

The instructors are incredibly well-informed and can customize the workouts to suit your requirements

The personal trainers are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. They collaborate with you and will not assign an exercise that you cannot execute.

The front desk staff are very friendly, they remember your name after a couple of visits. And are excellent listeners

The shakes are top-notch 👌

I absolutely adore this gym! The staff are not just friendly, but also incredibly helpful. The premises are always tidy and sanitized. My trainer is top-notch. She assisted me in creating a personalized program that suits my needs. They also have Nutritionists who support you in addressing the holistic aspect of your health and well-being. Moreover, there are fitness classes, a swimming pool, a basketball court... I can't sing their praises enough! Everyone should pay a visit to this outstanding establishment!
