I have a few thoughts to share about the amenities, gym experience, and customer service at this particular location. I decided to switch from Planet Fitness to this gym because I thought they offered more amenities with the blue membership, such as a jacuzzi and sauna. However, after signing up, I discovered that they only have a sauna and pool, without a jacuzzi. They do offer classes and have a dark, heavily air-conditioned theater for cardio exercises, which is convenient when the regular treadmills are busy. It's worth noting that the gym can get very crowded during the day, and popular equipment like benches and deadlift areas are often in high demand, making it challenging to complete certain workouts.
When it comes to customer service, I must say that the staff members here are quite focused on sales. They come across as greedy, shady, rude, and unyielding when it comes to changing membership statuses, often pressuring members to pay additional fees for perceived penalties or upgrades. They also seem to withhold information unless you specifically inquire about it, so it's essential to be fully informed about the gym's policies from the start.
In conclusion, you can have a good workout here when it's not too crowded, but it's important to be cautious about the membership terms and to understand that the staff may not be very helpful if your goal is to save money.

Terrible Customer Service: I tried to put my membership on hold because of my job and was told to wait for the manager to handle it, which was fine. After 45 minutes, they said she was in a meeting and to leave my details with evidence of why I wanted to pause my membership. The deputy manager didn't want to assist but mentioned to the staff that I could send an email to the Manager with my request and a letter. Why didn't they just say that from the start? The customer service here has consistently been subpar. I wouldn't recommend this gym; it's always crowded with outdated equipment from the previous gym. The bathrooms are never tidy; they constantly smell bad and are full of trash. At EOS in Texas, they had cleaners coming in every few hours, and the managers would supervise.

Everybody is always ready to assist, even the personal trainers! It's great because I don't use their services myself. Whenever I have any queries, I always turn to Wyatt. He is extremely knowledgeable and very kind!

What a brilliant gym, just a stone's throw from my workplace. The staff are full of energy and always give a warm welcome. Despite the hustle and bustle, I never struggle to find the machines I need. I might even take a dip in the pool now that I've got a swim cap! I'm excited to give their classes a go.

This establishment has really gone downhill. I found myself in the hospital, so my partner froze our memberships. However, when we attempted to reactivate them, they mistakenly canceled hers, stripping her of all her benefits. We spent weeks trying to resolve this issue, but they essentially washed their hands of it. She lost her training sessions and access to towel service.
The gym is consistently filthy, equipment is frequently out of order, and it's always overcrowded. Additionally, she lost her guest privilege, which she continues to pay for. The staff suggested adding it under another member's account, which seems quite underhanded.
On one occasion, I witnessed a trainer bring in Burger King and socialize with a friend right in front of everyone working out on the treadmills. What a terrible example to set.

This here's a testimonial for the KIDS CLUB down at EOS. I've been bringing my 3-year-old daughter along for about a year and a half now, and I can't express enough gratitude for the facility and the staff! They were all so caring and attentive as my daughter got used to being there. She first started in the area for under 2-year-olds and now she's moved on to the big kid section. Both areas are fantastic with toys and activities that suit her age perfectly. I'm always amazed that all the staff know her name as soon as we walk in (and even her favorite toy's name too 😅). Whenever I mention going to the gym, she always asks, "Do I get to see Justin and Amanda (two of the staff)?" It's been such a great experience because I know she's in good hands and is having a blast!

If I could give this gym no stars or even negative stars, I would. Let me tell you, this gym is absolutely dreadful. I have so many grievances. Firstly, they advertise their membership as a certain amount per month, but sometimes they will deduct $80 or more for some undisclosed fee that is probably buried deep in their terms and conditions - who even reads those anyway? I canceled my membership and made sure to pay all my fees, yet on THREE separate occasions they claimed I hadn't paid and threatened to send my account to collections. This has resulted in me wasting my time three times trying to prove that I had indeed paid in full. Oh, and get this - apparently I signed up for two accounts and supposedly have children enrolled in their kids' club, despite the fact that I don't even have kids. The place also reeks, the pool is unclean with sweaty individuals hopping in right after working out, and don't even get me started on the sauna - it never seems to get hot enough, forcing you to sit in there for ages to break a sweat. To sum it up, I will never engage with EOS again, and I strongly urge everyone else to steer clear of them as well.

This gym is absolute top-notch! Their functional fitness indoor field is out of this world. The cleanliness is impeccable and the machines are the latest in technology.
Wyatt, man, he's a gem among the staff. Always showing genuine care and interest in how you're doing, engaging with members like no other. Simply outstanding.
Only downsides are the absence of a water rower and the fact that on weekdays from 4PM to 7PM, it's packed to the brim. If crowded spaces aren't your thing, steer clear during those hours as it gets insanely busy.

I just had to pop in and share my incredible journey with the yoga sculpt sessions at Eos of Temecula Parkway. It's been an absolute game-changer for my fitness routine, I must say. Kathy Pellissier, our instructor, brings a whopping 32 years of expertise to the mat. Her classes are absolutely dynamic, incorporating a range of exercises to keep things interesting and stave off muscle fatigue.
Kathy's instructions are crystal clear and to the point, making every movement effective and enjoyable. But what truly sets her classes apart is the inclusive vibe she creates. There's a wonderful sense of camaraderie among the participants, all thanks to Kathy's warm demeanor and commitment to fostering a sense of community.
I am tremendously grateful to the Eos team for delivering such a transformative experience. If you're on the lookout for ways to enhance your physical and mental well-being, I can't recommend joining Kathy's yoga sculpt classes highly enough.
