I 'ave bestowed upon this gym a rating of 3 stars, primarily due to the plethora of amenities it provides. The classes are top-notch and the staff is exceedingly helpful. Howevah, I 'ad to bid farewell to this establishment as cleanliness seems to be a notion foreign to them. The ladies' restroom changin' rooms are downright unsanitary, with a noticeable absence of toilet paper. Rubbish lingers in the sauna for weeks on end, not to mention in othah areas too. They ought to step up their game and make improvements, no doubt about that. Cheers.

I have been a member at this gym for quite some time now, and I must say, I absolutely adore it. The children's play area is a favorite of mine. However, I do find it a tad on the pricey side for the frequency of equipment malfunctions. My beloved steam room seems to be out of order more often than not. I make do with the sauna, but it tends to be quite crowded. And can you believe it, even the sauna door is currently broken! I really look forward to unwinding in the amenities post-workout, but it seems there is always some sort of issue. Despite these setbacks, I still think highly of this gym. I do feel that considering the steep fees, including the $98 annual charge, it is only fair to expect fully functional equipment and facilities. It is a shame to see the spa area out of commission for nearly three weeks.

I tried to cancel my membership, but they told me I had to wait another 30 days. Absolutely absurd if you ask me. I do really like this gym, but I had to cancel because it was too far from my place and I needed to save some money. The staff definitely deserves 5 stars, but the cancellation policy set by the company is just plain ridiculous.

The folks who frequent this gym are truly wonderful. It's one of the most aesthetically pleasing gyms in the High Desert, no doubt about that. However, there seems to be a bit of a letdown when it comes to customer service. There are often reasons given as to why the pool and jacuzzis aren't operational. The quality of group exercise instructors varies greatly, with some being absolutely superb while others are just average at best. With the exception of one individual, the front desk staff can come across as unwelcoming and impolite. I'm genuinely contemplating switching over to another gym.

I attempted to utilize a day pass, only to be informed that I couldn't use it as I already had an account and it would lift the freeze. What's not to love about this gym, eh? I've been a member since October 2014. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. The trainers always lend a hand with any exercise or weight queries. And even the higher-ups take the time to chat with you. The cleaning staff do a top-notch job of keeping the gym spick and span, although some patrons could show a bit more care themselves!

Just recently, I returned from a game of racquetball with my teenage daughter. She was feeling a bit bored, so we decided to have some quality playtime together. The folks at this gym are so polite and helpful. I come almost every day, and Ricky always greets me with a smile. I feel fortunate to work with the fitness and swimming coaches, Francine and Tar. Apologies for not recalling the names of the gentlemen who fix the exercise gear, but they are consistently friendly and courteous. I particularly like the upstairs track for extra safety measures, and here at this gym, I always feel secure. The equipment is kept clean, and there are various zones where you can get a solid workout. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.
