This gym is rather dodgy in its business practices. The sales rep may claim that the membership is low-key, but the fine print suggests otherwise. I reckon this could be considered fraudulent, and if this is happening across all their branches, it could potentially lead to a class-action lawsuit or an investigation by the state attorney.

Had a wee issue in the 30-minute workout chamber, a lad was only managing 2 to 3 reps before stalling out when time was over, had to fetch the management to have a word with him even though they appeared a bit hesitant.

Good equipment, but they need to up the quantity of 45-pound plates. I've witnessed altercations over folks not sharing the 45-pounders, which is quite bothersome. It's fairly tidy and welcoming, but it lacks the essence of a proper gym.

It's a Planet Fitness. If you've never been in one, then ask for a tour. The main focus is on cardio, but there are also free weights and workout machines available. If you're able to motivate yourself to exercise, then $10 a month is a great deal. However, since the beginning of June 2017, they added new solo fit machines. I'm not interested in using them, but I'm sure they will benefit others. My complaint is that all the equipment they moved for the new machines has crowded the stretching area. It's now very cramped and doesn't allow privacy for individuals who want to stretch.

Clean facilities, great layout, never overly crowded (at least not when I'm there). The staff are always cleaning and restocking paper towels, and everyone is pretty much left to their own devices. Absolutely no 'meat market' vibes here.

It's like they make it bloody impossible to cancel your membership, innit? And if you try, somehow you end up getting smacked with all these new extra fees every month. I tried to quit and me rate shot up from 20 quid to 40 quid a month instead of just being canceled. Can't seem to get through to quit, mate.

Thanks for not dropping the ball with the men's changing room. The showers were steaming hot and in good working order. I appreciate the seats in the cubicles for changing, a definite improvement compared to other places I've visited nearby. The staff are all friendly too. Cheers!

Absolutely fancy this place. The ambiance is so comfy, and the staff are quite helpful. They've got all I require for my cardio and strength workouts. And that massage chair, oh, it's simply splendid!

Absolutely smashing gym, I must say! The new facility is top-notch, and the equipment is simply fabulous. The spaciousness of the gym is just brilliant, and the membership fees are a steal, especially considering the high-tech equipment they have. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a fantastic workout experience!

I had a dreadful experience with the manager this evening. The customer service was abysmal. I've recently moved here and haven't been able to update my address yet because I belong to a club in the neighboring town. I was told I had to pay $5 to change it. The money doesn't bother me as much as the principle behind it does. I contacted my previous Planet Fitness location and they informed me that I need to write a letter and physically visit them to adjust my membership. We have a family membership at the YMCA, which offers additional benefits like child watch and free training, that I seldom use Planet Fitness for. I've become accustomed to the exceptional customer service and perks we receive at the YMCA, such as having someone available for inquiries and assistance at all times. It seems like it's not worth keeping Planet Fitness just for the sake of it being free. Having no customer service would be preferable to having ineffective customer service.

This gym 'as friendly staff who provide a clean facility. If you're looking for specialized equipment rather than general machines, then this gym may not be the best choice for serious weightlifters, especially those who compete. Apart from that, it's a decent spot.
