Marvelous spot and ABSOLUTELY fabulous customer service. There's this one lady I encounter occasionally who's a bit chilly and distant, but all the others are absolutely lovely. The equipment is always in tip-top shape and they never run out of paper towels. I'm chuffed to bits to consider this my home gym.

At this gym, you don't have to be a fitness model to enjoy a great workout at an amazing price, with tanning and massage beds included. I absolutely adore this place!

The staff is fantastic, and the gym is consistently spotless. However, other gym attendees can be a bit worrisome at times. Many individuals neglect to sanitize the machines, and the regulars stomp around as if they are the rulers of the place. Just your typical gym behavior, I suppose.

It's a total SCAM, mate! I attempted to cancel my gym membership, but when I rocked up to the desk, there was no one there. Then I gave it a go on a Sunday, and they had shut up shop by 7. Now I'm stuck with a $50 charge for a gym I've never even set foot in. Outrageous!

Lovely spacious gym with some lovely new equipment, but alas, a few of the staff tarnish the experience with their rudeness and lack of assistance, nearly driving me away for good. However, nestled among the negatives shines a ray of positivity in the form of a handful of incredibly courteous and helpful staff members. They warmly welcome you, offer aid if you've misplaced your card, and tirelessly maintain cleanliness while picking up the slack of their peers. These exceptional individuals should not go unnoticed. One such gem is Arron – my apologies if I've butchered the spelling – who stands out as a delightful member of the team that undoubtedly contributes to customers' repeated visits. Let's ensure these standout individuals are recognized, even in the midst of any negativity.

I say, pip pip old chap, do understand. I doth have a fondness for the gym, yet your front desk attendant on Saturday mornings is quite the elusive one, isn't she? Thrice now I've fancied a spot of tanning, only to find meself in a bit of a pickle as I had to go seek her out and proclaim, "I say, I wish to partake in a tan session!" Her retort was, "I shall be with you presently," whilst continuing her chat with a mate who's busy refilling them bottles. Meanwhile, I'd been twiddling me thumbs for a good 5 minutes! It appears she hath no care for a waiting client. The gym itself is splendid, but alas, the customer service come Saturday morn leaves much to be desired.

I do say, I do wish I could give them a zero rating. I'm ever so tired of Wareham Planet Fitness, my dear chap. They are never open promptly in the morning. I find myself always having to loiter in the car park, waiting for someone to appear for an uncertain amount of time. At one juncture, no one even turned up! Furthermore, the establishment is consistently dreadfully unclean, and they don't offer the red light therapy booth, which is quite a trifecta of downfalls, if you ask me.

Planet Fitness is without a doubt the top-notch gym in these parts. My lad and I frequent it for workouts 3-5 times a week, and it's always spick and span, welcoming, and well-equipped with top-notch amenities.

The atmosphere is top-notch, always pristine and the equipment is top of the line. However, the men's restroom stalls could do with a bit of sprucing up. Overall, I believe it's worth the monthly membership fees. Cheers!

I ain't particularly keen on the new Matrix elliptical. It feels like your arms and legs ain't syncin' up properly, y'know? And good luck tryin' to grab your water bottle while you're sweatin' it out – it's nearly impossible. The treadmills ain't all that great either.
