Allow me to provide some context, mate. I'm 41 years of age with a lengthy history of quite serious injuries: a fused ankle, knackered shoulders, and knees from a lifetime of Motocross. I had my doubts about Crossfit for years. If that resonates with you, don't hesitate any longer. Vantage is the real deal. The ownership and coaches are top-notch. They guide you every step of the way. They get you warmed up, explain the movements for the day, and provide a detailed rundown of the WOD before you kick off. You've got the RX workout, option 1, and 2. There are certain things I just can't do, and they always have me sorted. They tailor everything to your specific needs. I'm constantly on the road for work and drop by other affiliates across the country. How fortunate I am to call Vantage my home Box. As mentioned in other reviews, the community is fantastic. Take a leap of faith, pop in. Crossfit Vantage will transform your life.

I 'ave been to many gyms throughout Denver, and Vantage is definitely the only one where they truly seem to care about their members on an individual level. I came in with zero experience in the Crossfit world, not in the best shape, and a bit nervous for 'ow 'ard the workouts would be. My expectations were quickly reset after goin' through the Foundations program, 'avin' 1:1 time with coaches, and immediately realizing that there is zero pressure to be the top athlete in every class. They take past injuries and other aspects of your personal shape into account on every exercise, encourage you throughout the workouts, and make sure you know exactly 'ow to do everything safely. Would absolutely recommend Vantage to anyone out there, regardless of where you're at in your fitness journey.

One of the cleanest gyms I've had the pleasure of visiting. As a visitor from out of town, I was warmly welcomed by all the gym members.

The space is massive, complete with a fantastic rig, turf area, and a wide range of accessory equipment. I highly recommend this gym; I will certainly be returning!

Brilliant gym and community! My bloke and I were keen on getting back into a proper workout regimen and we were chuffed to stumble upon Vantage Movement. The coaches are proper experts, with top-notch attitudes, and are keen as mustard to help tailor the workout for you. Plus, it's a great shout for group workouts during these covid times - they've got socially distanced indoor and outdoor workout areas and everyone is dead keen on sanitizing their gear at the end of the session.

I’ve been frequenting Vantage on and off for around 10 years now, and I can confidently state that no other exercise regimen or pursuit has ever come close to yielding the results I witness when I am consistently attending this gym. The coaches and programming are truly exceptional. The members are lively and inclusive as well. My spouse also became a member about 6 months ago, and he’s nearly unrecognizable because he has slimmed down significantly. He thoroughly enjoys it too. Overall, I wholeheartedly give Vantage the utmost endorsement.

Vantage Movement offers a fantastic array of programming tiers (mobility, bodyweight/HIIT, weightlifting, crossfit, gymnastics), all designed so you can progress gradually to more advanced movements. The coaching is top-notch, some of the best you'll find anywhere.

I always enjoy popping into new spots when I'm on the go, and my experience at CrossFit Vantage's fantastic 5 am class was top-notch. Big cities typically offer a plethora of options for your CrossFit fix, and I'm happy I selected this spot to crush my WOD! Chris and the gang were incredibly hospitable and made me feel right at home.

I am absolutely chuffed that I decided to give Vantage a go! Just swapped over from another gym a month back and I already feel completely immersed in the community here. The classes strike just the right balance between being challenging and enjoyable, and the coaches are incredibly supportive when the going gets tough. Plus, when I first started, we did a bespoke body composition scan and laid out some goals, which was a real treat. If you’re on the hunt for a CrossFit gym, I can't recommend checking this place out highly enough!

It's quite challenging to pick just one reason why the gym is such a fantastic place, but if I had to choose a single word, it would be "people." The folks at Vantage, including coaches and members, are what truly elevate this establishment. There exists a genuine sense of community and camaraderie that is fostered by this gym. The coaches are always ready to lend a helping hand or answer any queries you may have. We consistently receive proper warm-ups and guidance before our workouts, ensuring that we are prepared and safe. I always feel fully prepared and supported before diving into a workout session. The members are amiable, motivating each other during workouts and striving to help everyone improve. They also organize activities outside the gym and make an effort to involve others. In my opinion, this is the premier gym in Denver. You will get in shape, face challenges, achieve success, receive support, and ultimately grow as an individual.

I was a complete newbie to Crossfit when I joined CrossFit Vantage, but the owners, coaches, and fellow members were incredibly welcoming and supportive right from the start. There are a multitude of classes available throughout the day (including a women's only class multiple times a week). The coaches are highly qualified and provide guidance for both newcomers and experienced CrossFitters. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough!

As someone who never thought they could tackle any workout remotely resembling CrossFit, this is the place to be. The coaches are friendly and top-notch at their craft, and the other members are welcoming and supportive. The classes are scheduled throughout the day with at least one coach present to assist with warming up, explaining the workout, and ensuring everyone is executing the movements safely and with proper form, all while offering expert tips on how to enhance performance. I have wrist and knee injuries from snowboarding and motorcycle accidents that I thought would always hold me back from activities like CrossFit, coupled with a general lack of fitness. However, I have been astonished by what they have helped me achieve and adapt to.

The coaches have been fantastic in working with me to find alternative movements that target the same muscles for exercises my injuries restrict. I anticipated that the added strain would worsen my injuries over time, but to my surprise, after a few months here, I noticed that supporting muscles had alleviated some of my knee pain, allowing me to enjoy short hikes without discomfort or limping for the first time in years, which has been incredible.

Vantage also provides various scaling options for their workouts, so you can participate regardless of your fitness level. The coaches and members have always been supportive and uplifting. You need not feel self-conscious if you can't manage a single pull-up while others are cranking out 30; they will motivate you to do your best safely and offer guidance on progressing to full workouts.

Vantage defies the stereotypes I held about CrossFit gyms and enthusiasts. It has been an incredibly positive journey, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to make a healthy change in their fitness routine, no matter where they're starting from. Embarking on something like this can be daunting, but sign up for the personalized training sessions and complete the first month of classes included. If you put in the effort, I assure you won't regret it. You may even find yourself eagerly anticipating gym sessions, something I never thought I'd say.
