OTA is truly the finest gym in Denver! The folks over at this gym are just so lovely and encouraging. Colby, the proprietor, genuinely looks after all his patrons. Rob Kirby plans my workouts every 6 weeks and does a splendid job! I've seen significant gains in strength since starting at OTA, and it's been almost effortless thanks to how well Rob tailors my workouts. It may be a tad pricey, but absolutely worth it if you're seeking to get in shape without any unnecessary pressure or obligation to hit the gym every day to see results. I highly recommend it. Colby, Rob, and Dillon are absolute legends!

I have been attending OTA for about six months now, and the results have been absolutely fantastic. My nutritionist and my doctor popped by OTA to witness firsthand the wonders of OTA and its team. Following my nutritionist's suggestion, I opted to give them a shot. Following an initial evaluation with Colby, I had my credit card ready even BEFORE knowing the price for hiring a trainer and joining their strength classes. At 71, I absolutely relish going to OTA! I popped in for my first chat and was set the task of picking a goal that wasn't focused on my weight. Sure, I watched the numbers on the scales drop, but there were more pressing queries on Colby's radar, like - How was I going to weave fitness and movement into my daily routine? How could I overcome that initial burst of motivation and turn it into a lasting habit of strength and agility?

After staying the course for 4 months, I now feel capable of striding into a gym and lifting weights safely. My movements throughout the day feel natural and unrestricted. I 'ave been a member at OTA for the past year and I can't bloomin' well say enough good things about what Colby and 'is crew 'ave built. I absolutely love that we all kick off with mobility, I adore the bespoke trainin' program Colby crafted for me, and I just love the atmosphere at the gym. I truly value the personalized and considerate approach of the program and the folks there.
