Everyone should definitely give Ron a shot. He is absolutely a game changer! I've been working with him for the past 2 years. When I started, I always thought of myself as a bit of a gym enthusiast, having frequented them for my entire adult life. I believed I knew it all and had tried everything. Let's just say, I really wish I had found a 'Ron' from the beginning. His focus on correct form, incorporating a variety of alternatives to heavy weights, emphasizing flexibility and balance training, transforming weaknesses into strengths, and consistently mixing up the routines (who would have thought a stroll through the neighborhood could be anything other than leisurely) makes each session not only fresh and enjoyable but another step towards complete body wellness and becoming a better version of myself. I could continue singing his praises, but you truly cannot find a better investment in terms of your time or money!
