First and foremost, I have a whole new perspective on exercise. What used to take me hours at the gym doing it alone can now be completed in a quick 30 minutes. The support, not just from the staff, but from the entire SSFBC community, makes me want to keep coming back. I initially joined the 6-week challenge but ended up staying for so many reasons. It not only gave me the kickstart I needed to establish a good exercise routine, but with the help of Facebook, I feel like the community is with me throughout the day. The ability to have my body scan done and compare it to previous ones is just another tool that helps me from spiraling backward if the numbers on the scale aren't what I had hoped for. I 'ave just finished and absolutely adored the Drop2 6 week challenge. This 'ere challenge 'as 'elped me get meself back on track with me nutrition. I absolutely adore this spot! It's quite surprising because I've never been one for gyms - the whole working out thing just never clicked with me, and the idea of going to a gym and exercising never appealed to me... But Befit has won my heart! ♥️ The trainers there are phenomenal!! They are so genuine and relatable, and they always lift my spirits. Even when I start being hard on myself, they won't stand for it, and help me turn things around in a positive light. They possess such great knowledge and warmth and honestly, they are the finest motivators I've ever come across. SSFBBC has truly transformed my life!! I've been attending for approximately 5 months and have shed nearly 25lbs! Not only have I lost weight, but I've also built up my strength and self-assurance! First orf, goin' to the gym is totally not my cup of tea and I never thought it would be. South Shore Fit Body Boot Camp is absolutely smashing! The classes are a mere 30 minutes, with splendid availability and a jolly good challenge that's also fun. It's a cracking workout - never a dull moment, always something new - and the coaches are ever so supportive and motivating. They have a bunch of nifty tools and activities to keep you on track in your journey. I took part in the 6-week challenge and I must say, I'm chuffed that I did. I adore it so much that I've decided to carry on as a member.

I am so grateful that I discovered FBBC! My mate couldn't stop talking about this gym and despite feeling nervous (and doubting my own capabilities), I decided to give it a go. The instructors and fellow members at FBBC are like a second family, always there to support and encourage one another. I have been faithfully attending for nearly two years now (a real accomplishment for me!). Joining Fit Body was a massive turning point for me. I joined a challenge in the midst of the festive season back in November '16 after being encouraged by a friend. Initially, I had no plans to continue once the six weeks were up as I believed it was beyond my financial means. Being someone who disliked gyms, I struggled with basic exercises like push-ups, burpees, and balancing due to my lack of coordination. However, fast forward to today, and I am still a member at Fit Body. I adjusted my budget to prioritize my fitness journey. I now find myself rarely needing to modify workouts and have become physically and emotionally stronger than ever before.
The greatest aspect of being a part of the Fit Body community is that everyone who attends becomes part of a wonderful little family. I will always be thankful for being embraced by this community and being made to feel like part of the "family"!

I stumbled upon Be Fit South Shore during a mommy and me class, and it was a fabulous experience for both myself and my little one. I can't wait for more sessions! I've also dabbled in their Semi-private Personal Training and Sculpt & Shred classes, and both have been absolutely fantastic!! The workouts are tough yet enjoyable, and the encouragement from both the team and other participants is phenomenal during each session. I am thrilled to have come across Be Fit!

Everything about BeFit is absolutely fantastic. It can be a bit intimidating to join a new gym, but as soon as you walk in, you can tell how knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging the trainers are. There's a class for everyone, regardless of fitness level, and it truly feels like a judgement-free zone. The trainers meet you where you're at and help you reach your goals safely. They really make an effort to get to know you personally, which is great for staying accountable both in and out of class.
And let's not forget the amazing music they play - it gives me even more energy and motivation when I leave than when I arrived. Plus, I'm stronger now than I've ever been in my life, lifting more weight than I ever thought possible, especially with an old injury!
