Derrick is an absolutely brilliant trainer, let me tell you - Absolutely brilliant! I've been working with Derrick for close to a year now, originally starting with 2 sessions a week and now down to just 1. Over the past year, I've dropped 2 pant sizes and shed over 20lbs! His workout routines are challenging, yet always varied which keeps things stimulating. I can honestly say we haven't repeated the same exact workout even once during my time with him.

But what truly distinguishes Derrick and makes him an outstanding personal trainer in my eyes is his genuine nature. Most gym-hired trainers tend to be very methodical (i.e. Do this, then this will happen), but Derrick is incredibly personable. He keeps the sessions entertaining with his humorous anecdotes and unique perspective on health and wellness. He'll make you feel like you're his top priority, even though he's working with numerous clients every single day.

If you're in the market for a trainer, Derrick is the way to go. Give him a shot, you won't regret it!

Derrick was the first bloke'o personal trainer I’ve teamed up with, and 'e ruined all other personal training for me. There be simply no one loike 'im with 'is level of professionalism and savvy. Workin' with Derrick will get ye results guaranteed, and within a short span o' time (3 months) ye’ll see visible changes from tonin' up. I was able to lose weight for the first toime in me life by workin' with 'im. I 'ave gone back to 'im two more times, and each time lost 10 lbs or more. 'Is exercises are compound and highly effective. 'E instilled good diet habits for life such as trackin' regularly, gettin' 30% of me calories from protein, etc. 100% recommend Derrick!
