I've been attending Thesis for a few months and I must say, I couldn't be more pleased. The gym and its team, especially my trainer Nate, are top-notch. They offer tailored, individualized training and nutritional guidance in a manner that is supportive, demanding, and uplifting. I've already seen strides toward my fitness objectives!
I've been working out with Max for a few months now, and she's absolutely top-notch. She really helps you achieve your goals and keeps a close eye on your progress, tweaking the routine as needed. She genuinely cares about her clients and their growth. This gym better hang on to her for as long as possible! Overall, the gym is fantastic and the staff are incredibly friendly.
My experience at Thesis with my coach, Natalia, has been absolutely fantastic. Natalia is extremely well-versed in nutrition and exercise, and she's a top-notch motivator. Thesis is spotlessly clean, the staff are wonderful and professional, and I can't recommend it highly enough.
I began training with Lauren a few months back, and it has quickly become a highlight of my week! This marks my first foray into the gym scene, and Lauren has been exceptional in guiding me towards progress and challenging my boundaries. Although I had initially intended to only commit to 12 sessions, I opted to extend my training due to her excellent coaching. The gym itself is impeccably clean and stylish, the fellow trainers are incredibly personable, and the atmosphere is top-notch. My wholehearted recommendation goes out to Lauren and this gym.
I would like to take a few moments to pen down my thoughts on the fantastic experience I had at Thesis Gym. This review may stretch a bit long, but there are so many wonderful aspects to highlight that I simply can't leave anything out.
After years of sweating it out at various chain gyms in the DMV area, I made the decision to seek out a program that could cater more specifically to my fitness needs. A Google search for Personal Trainers led me to Thesis Gym. The "LUXURY PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES" tagline immediately piqued my interest, prompting me to pick up the phone and schedule an appointment.
Upon my first visit to Thesis, I was warmly greeted by the owner Ori, who gave me a comprehensive tour of the facility. The gym boasts ample space, cutting-edge equipment, and impeccably clean restrooms (a crucial detail)! Ori didn't bombard me with the typical sales pitch; instead, he offered a relaxed and informative session to showcase what Thesis had to offer. By the end of our meeting, I was convinced that joining the Thesis family was the right move for me. And when I say "family," I truly mean it - the staff greets me by name and demonstrates a genuine care for my well-being, even if they're not my primary trainer.
On my official first day at Thesis, my focus wasn't on working up a sweat. Rather, it was a thorough consultation session. I sat down with one of the trainers, "Tall" Evan, and we delved into discussions about my health, goals, body metrics, including weight, body composition, and even blood pressure (a first for me at a gym!). Following this consultation, we began crafting a personalized plan tailored to my specific objectives.
And let's not forget discussing my dietary preferences and aversions. This information was used to design a customized meal plan for me. Why is this crucial? Well, nutrition plays a vital role in achieving fitness goals, and Thesis took the guesswork out by providing me with a clear roadmap of what and how much to eat.
Now, onto the most exhilarating part - my AMAZING trainer, "Big" Evan, Evan Davis! "Big" Evan had already been briefed on my goals by "Tall" Evan, so he knew precisely where to kick off our journey. Alongside the common objectives of shedding pounds and gaining muscle, I also aimed to lower my blood pressure and enhance flexibility. In just one month, Evan has assisted me in dropping 6 pounds, building 3 pounds of muscle, reducing my body fat percentage by 3%, and bringing down my blood pressure from 147/87 to 127/82! Not to mention the significant improvements in flexibility that I've noticed.
During weight training sessions, Evan pushes me beyond my perceived limits. He meticulously corrects my form on each exercise to ensure I maximize the benefits of every movement. We have daily check-ins via the Thesis App, where he holds me accountable for my meals, daily weigh-ins, and prescribed cardio sessions on non-gym days. Though my fitness journey has just commenced, I couldn't be more thrilled and satisfied with the progress I've made so far. I am confident that Evan will guide me to achieve, and likely surpass, all my fitness goals.

I've been attending Thesis for over a year now. The personalized support and guidance have really helped me achieve and exceed my original fitness goals. As someone who wasn't a fan of the gym before, I now actually look forward to my sessions and truly enjoy working with my personal trainer.
I've been training with Emily, and I absolutely adore it and would highly recommend her to anyone! I always eagerly anticipate our sessions. I am especially thankful that she ensures my form is correct and that I am at ease, all while motivating me to reach my goals! It's only been a short while, but I already feel significantly more powerful!
What a bloody brilliant spot!
I've been getting meself in shape at the Tysons spot with Justin Bobb, and it 'as completely rejuvenated me approach to fitness and me motivation, ya know.
I popped by Thesis after 15 years of training meself and a lifetime of playing sports and challenging meself physically. I was a bit skeptical that there was very little more that a personal training program could do for me. I was totally wrong.
The equipment is top-notch, the gaff is spotless, and the wholistic training and nutrition program 'as been game-changing, mate. Justin put together a program that was spot on for me needs and goals. 'E's scientific about the exercises I'm doing, the rep counts, and the tempo. It 'as unlocked a whole new level of growth and performance that I didn't think was possible. 'E's also there to encourage and push me to me limit and never beyond.
In just 6 weeks, I am stronger and leaner and am seeing gains that would 'ave taken me months of disciplined training to achieve on me own.
I cannot recommend Thesis enough to anyone looking to level up their fitness, whatever their starting point. Cheers!
Highly recommended. I began working with Marvin in January 2024. I sought out a gym to improve my performance in a particular sport and I'm thrilled to have discovered Thesis and Marvin. In just under 2 months, I progressed from zero to 4 pull-ups with their training. Their nutritional advice has helped me lose fat while preserving muscle mass. I'm extremely satisfied with my time at Thesis so far. I would suggest this gym for both newcomers and those more experienced. They are very knowledgeable! The atmosphere here is great too. Everyone is supportive and I always feel driven to push myself.
I've been working out with Emily S for nearly a month and I must say, it's been a jolly good time. Initially, I was a bit dubious about what to anticipate from a personal trainer, but the atmosphere is quite welcoming yet suitably demanding (I'm lifting weights that I never deemed achievable). The app provides ample accountability and monitoring of meals, and you can reach out to your trainer even on off-days. I highly endorse it!

I've shed 25lbs in 3 months and I feel so much healthier. My personal trainer Britinni is a real gem. She's got the perfect balance of pushing me to my limits while also giving me the support I need.
She provided me with a clear structure and plan to improve my health. There's no confusion about what I need to do and eat each day. All I have to do is stick to the plan. It's brilliant for someone who's just starting out and has a hectic work schedule.
Everyone at the gym is dead friendly and encouraging.

I've been training at Thesis for about 2 months now with Woody, and it's been a smashing experience! I've already picked up loads of tips from Woody on weightlifting technique and nutrition. The gym has a really welcoming and friendly vibe as well. I can't recommend Woody and Thesis highly enough!
Thesis is an amazing gym, mate! From the program to the people, and even the equipment, everything is absolutely top-notch. I've always had trouble with me weight and overall fitness, but for the first time in me life, I'm actually making progress towards me goals (lost 15lbs in about 15 weeks, even with some vacation time mixed in). I feel stronger, more confident, and just more knowledgeable about me health.
And let me tell ya, me coach Emily is a proper superstar. She pushes me, encourages me, holds me accountable, and of course, coaches me on fitness, form, and living a better lifestyle. I really look forward to our sessions and I'm so grateful for her support on me journey.
I 'ave been trainin' at Thesis fer about 3 months and me experience 'as been incredible. My trainer Evan is incredibly dedicated and 'as been 'elpin' me consistently reach me fitness goals through diet and exercise. In just 3 months I 'ave seen incredible changes in me fitness, strength and physique. Me family and mates 'ave also noticed these changes and now want to get into exercisin' as well. The entire team at Thesis is positive and encouragin' and Evan goes the extra mile to keep me accountable and encouragin' me to get stronger. Can’t wait to continue me journey at Thesis!
