I absolutely adore this establishment, the staff are incredibly friendly with a consistently positive outlook. I participate in group sessions which I find absolutely captivating as it has enabled me to connect with new individuals and swap insights on workouts and nutrition. Not to mention, the facilities include two lavatories, showers, lockers, machines, and everything is consistently maintained in spick and span condition. I wholeheartedly endorse this place.

I've been training with Kimior for a few months now. It's my first time working with a personal trainer, and I'm amazed at the difference it makes to train with someone as skilled as him. Despite staying active all my life, I'm finally starting to see the results I've been striving for. Kimior keeps things varied, which keeps me engaged and motivated, all while taking into account an old shoulder injury. He's really flexible with his schedule and quick to respond to texts and emails. Kimior has also given me valuable nutrition advice and suggestions for workouts I can do on my own. I absolutely adore this gym! The team and coaches are absolutely top-notch and will definitely keep you on track. I've been training with Maggie for a while now and I've seen a significant improvement in my strength and stamina. She's so enthusiastic about her job and super motivating. The vibe here is fantastic, and it's conveniently located - I even stroll over from my house. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Foundation fitness 'as been the sole reason I got back into fitness. It is an extraordinary gym that 'as exceeded all of my expectations. The staff is phenomenal and works with me/creates workouts that I enjoy but also push me to my goals. I 'ave never felt stronger nor healthier than I 'ave after working out at this gym. 10/10 recommended getting a membership 'ere!

I was really dreading returning to the gym after a couple of COVID years working out at home- and I was skeptical I’d be able to accomplish more in a gym environment than I was able to on my own at home… but a mate told me about Foundation Fitness and I’m so grateful! It has totally changed my thinking about gyms and what I can do! The trainers are brilliant. You walk in and it’s a VIP experience every time. You don’t feel like you’re walking into a big box gym and getting lost in the crowd at all. You get custom workouts with your trainer who knows you and your goals every time AND there’s no awkwardly navigating sharing equipment or trying to figure out new ways to challenge your body. Just outsource the thinking to the experts!! I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and genuinely look forward to going to the gym. I even miss it on off days! Highly, highly recommend.

This place is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! I absolutely detest exercising...yet Patrick and Ryan keep me going. I feel absolutely fantastic after my workouts and have noticed a significant improvement in my endurance, energy levels, and overall fitness. Ryan continuously inspires me to persist, especially on days when I lack the motivation. The squad has been incredibly accommodating of my timetable. Following sessions here, it would be quite challenging to switch to another fitness center.

If you're seeking a dedicated and nurturing training journey, search no more, Foundation Fitness is top-notch! Patrick conducted an initial interview to grasp our requirements. Kimior, our instructor at the Georgetown location, has been exceptional. My daughter, transitioning from years of ballet, required a personalized training regimen. Additionally, nutrition classes were included in the experience. We are extremely pleased with the results.

The personal training is top-notch, and I particularly love the boxing sessions they offer.
