I've been working online with Coach Phil for 3 months now and it's been absolutely fantastic! I reside in California, am 70 years old, and have NEVER tried anything like this before! I've always been into dancing, swimming, yoga, but I hated having to drive to the gym and would often quit after a few sessions. What I really appreciate is that I don't have to travel and can do these workouts from the comfort of my own home, with Coach Phil calling me on FaceTime through our computers. He recommended purchasing minimal equipment like weights, bands, TRX, which has been great! Dealing with some issues due to aging, like arthritis, torn meniscus, carpel tunnel, Coach is very considerate and never pushes me too hard. He tailors the program to my needs! Plus, each session he introduces new exercises so you never get bored with the routine. This has been the best thing I've ever done for myself in terms of taking care of my body! My mind and spirit were in good shape, but not my body! You can definitely start new things as a septuagenarian! Go for it!

He tailors my exercise plans to suit my body type and objectives, while ensuring that I stay motivated and pushed to my limits! Phil also places a strong emphasis on proper form, and if I experience any discomfort, he stops immediately. As a result, I am becoming stronger, shedding pounds, and cutting down on my trips to the chiropractor - all without incurring any injuries or strains!

Breakthrough Personal Training Studio is a fantastic choice for those seeking a more intimate workout environment. Having frequented many of the larger gyms, I often found them to be somewhat intimidating, as do most individuals. The studio is equipped with all the essentials for an effective workout! Additionally, the full-body assisted stretching and body tempering performed by T.J. provide an incredible experience! I wholeheartedly recommend giving Breakthrough Personal Training a try to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness levels.

I've been working with Phil for around 1 1/2 years now. After a car accident, I had some issues with walking and lifting my left arm. Since working with him, my mobility and flexibility have improved significantly. Bringing Phil on board has truly been one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Tj Wilson has been me trainer for 2 years now. He 'as 'elped me become me personal best, I 'ave lost 35 pounds and me overall 'ealth 'as improved tremendously. Me blood sugars and BMI are now normal. I 'ad a 'ematologic condition that got better with exercise, weight loss and diet. Tj knows 'ow to make it fun and challenging, 'e 'as kept it interesting over the last couple years. Since I'm someone that gets bored easily, this is saying a lot.

Breakthrough 'as a calming ambiance and good vibe. It is very clean and is a private gym which can feel reassuring when you are just starting to work out. Avoiding the "big gym setting" makes for an environment conducive to focusing on your workout without distractions.

Fantastic workout, and Galen is just top-notch! I've been dabbling in athletics for over 40 years and I frequently find that I know more about fitness than the trainers at the gym. However, Galen is a gem with his degree in kinesiology and extensive background as an elite athlete. He addresses all my inquiries and tailors a workout perfectly suited for me (despite my aging, slightly decrepit state).

I 'ad me first sesh with Phil yesterday and I absolutely adore 'is approach. 'E mixes up all sorts of exercises to keep the workouts interestin', tough, and educative all at once. Galen Arney was me trainer for four months. I am a 71 year-old male who was not in great shape. Galen took me on and developed a routine which was appropriate and aspirational. He was always encouraging. He met me where I was at, and took me to another level. I really enjoyed me work with him. I recommend him very highly.
