I 'ave 'ad a jolly good time at the fitness lab so far. The place is spotless, and me trainer is always punctual, friendly, well-groomed, and extremely knowledgeable about 'is trade.

Chris is a truly dedicated physical therapist. He's invested in my recovery and determined to help me get back to my pre-accident/surgery range of motion!
Justin Long (4/12/25, 1:38 AM):
Dr. Brock helped me build up the muscles supporting my back. Thanks to his treatment, I was able to stop relying on muscle relaxers or Gabapentin. I had two discs putting pressure on the nerve root, which was causing constant pain that radiated down to my ankle.
Rebecca Davis (4/11/25, 10:54 AM):
Tim at the Fitness Lab is an outstanding physical therapist. I initially went to another PT center that could fit me in sooner, but I wasn't impressed. Fortunately, I decided to schedule an appointment with the Fitness Lab and was lucky to see Tim, who had also treated my wife before. Tim attentively and actively listened to my description of how I thought I had hurt my neck, my previous x-ray and MRI results, my prednisone treatment, and later cortisone injection at the hospital.

Tim took a methodical approach to addressing my neck pain, displaying a comprehensive digital diagram of the neck muscles and tendons, and discussing various treatment choices. He recommended against certain stretches and movements that my previous PT had me doing, and this adjustment made a significant difference. During my second visit yesterday, we tried needling, which further improved my neck's range of rotation by about 15%.

After only two sessions, my neck pain and stiffness have decreased, while my range of motion has increased. I am optimistic about seeing continued progress under Tim's expert care and guidance.
Highly recommended.

Martha Jenkins (4/8/25, 3:42 PM):
Always exceptional service and treatments. No ADA violations ever. I have asthma, so wearing a mask is not ideal for me, but they kindly offered options such as using my inhaler anytime, doing treatments outdoors, or opt for telemedicine sessions. I feel empowered to choose the best option for me while also maintaining safety for other clients and adhering to state-mandated guidelines. It seems like dragondiva is being rather unpleasant and throwing a tantrum because they aren't getting their way, attempting to harm a reputable business publicly, knowing they cannot respond due to HIPAA regulations. It's truly unfortunate that dragondiva would jeopardize everyone's health and safety, including the providers who are there to assist them. It's disheartening to see people behaving as social media bullies...so uncool.

Tram is a delight to collaborate with. Just a handful of appointments in and I can already notice a positive change.
Kevin Morgan (4/6/25, 2:54 PM):
Chris is absolutely brilliant to collaborate with!!! I had to transition from a different PT practice to fitness lab due to not achieving the desired outcomes. In just a few weeks of collaborating with Chris, I feel like I have advanced much further than I did in several months with the previous PT! I truly value their approach of pinpointing my weaknesses rather than just prescribing generic exercises.
Matthew Baker (4/6/25, 7:33 AM):
My experience at The Fitness Lab has been absolutely brilliant. The Lab was recommended by my primary care doctor. Everyone from the receptionist to the physical therapists is extremely helpful. We began with an analysis of my knee and leg requiring strengthening. This aspect truly aided me in comprehending the issues I was facing with bone, muscle, tendon, and ligament structure, and the necessity for tightening and conditioning. Though I am still in the initial phases of my PT, I am optimistic that we are progressing well. The facility is pristine, and the equipment is state-of-the-art.
Karen Fisher (4/5/25, 7:55 PM):
Dylan at the Fitness Lab has been absolutely fantastic! He has taken a thorough approach to identifying the precise reasons for my knee discomfort before fully immersing himself in the process. I truly value his dedication and meticulousness, and I am eagerly anticipating a future without pain!
Anthony Jenkins (4/5/25, 5:22 PM):
I would highly recommend Fitness Lab! I've decided to try physical therapy after recovering from my injury on my own. Our daughter got referred to Fitness Lab by her orthopedist earlier this year because of medicine-induced tendonitis, and her results after working with Chris in Highlands Ranch were amazing! Since I was a little worried about my 10-month-old injury and slightly limited range of motion in my knee, I called Fitness Lab to ask for advice as my family doctor told me that I didn't need to see a specialist. I was encouraged to try physical therapy and coincidentally got scheduled with Chris for my initial evaluation, who worked with me for the following month. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. I truly appreciated his encouragement and am very pleased with my results and experience at Fitness Lab.
Chloe Foster (4/5/25, 5:00 PM):
Kelsy Wheeler has truly been a lifesaver for me! I've had multiple injuries that have impacted my ability to do the things I love. She's consistently there for me whenever I face an injury or setback. Seeing Kelsy has significantly decreased my recovery times. Depending on the injury, she's lessened my pain or stiffness after just one visit! It always surprises me to see individuals struggle through injuries when all they truly need is an exceptional PT. Kelsy is a fantastic PT. I wholeheartedly endorse Kelsy and the Fitness Lab!
Allison Parker (4/3/25, 8:39 PM):
I had a Peloton bike and, after riding for a while, I realized that my fit was wrong (despite having a fitted bike). I did some research and came across an app that claimed it could use AI to adjust my positioning on the stationary bike. After about a year of using the app and not seeing improvement, I knew I needed to look elsewhere. With more searching, I discovered FitLab, who promptly set me up with Spencer for a fitting on my Peloton bike. My session was fantastic and continues to be so, as Spencer encouraged me to keep in touch with any updates while I rode to ensure my positioning was correct! Hooray! A wonderful experience with Spencer and Fitlabs!
Marilyn Jenkins (4/1/25, 2:12 AM):
Matt and 'is team are top-notch! I popped into Fitness Lab to keep meself active without any pain, and now I'm feeling stronger and better than ever! They keep me on track so I can keep up with all the Colorado sports I love. Would highly recommend, mate!
Russell Foster (3/29/25, 9:45 AM):
I 'ave visited the fitness lab for both physical therapy and personal training. The physical therapy staff 'as been very helpful. Once my mobility issues were addressed, I started personal training at The Fitness Lab. Matt is the best trainer I 'ave worked with. 'E pays attention, makes sure you are doing movements properly, and adjusts as needed.
