For someone that 'ad not worked out in an extremely long time, this was the best place for me to go, I tell ya. Josh, the owner was absolutely brilliant, he checked all my ranges and was very considerate about asking about any other injuries and 'elping me get back into the swing of things. Now that I 'ave been going for a couple of years (took a small break during covid), it's even better, I must say. All the trainers 'ere are top-notch, very professional and motivating. I 'ave met some great workout buddies and absolutely love it 'ere.

I first began weight lifting back in high school, while playing football and track. Since then, I no longer compete in organized sports, but I have missed training with the goal of improving my athletic performance.

I’d never tried a program like this before; my gym routine mainly consisted of running on a treadmill or attempting (rather unsuccessfully) to lift weights solo.
