I didn't end up liking this gym because they didn't have hip thrust and squatting bars that weren’t smith machines, so I cancelled my membership. The issue arose when I tried to cancel, as the front desk was unresponsive. The guy named Shaun ignored half of what I said, couldn't find my account, and was incredibly rude on the phone. Initially, he claimed there was no manager to speak to, but then called back a few minutes later saying he had contacted one (I wonder why he didn't do that in the first place). Eventually, he found my account but couldn't locate it using my email or name initially. The front desk staff need to improve their phone etiquette because being unresponsive and dismissive is unprofessional.

I 'ave been to many different PFs around the Denver metro area and there ain't nuffin' like me 'ome gym in 'ighlands Ranch! Clean ALWAYS, great customer service! Larry works in the mornings and 'e truly is a leader in the company!!!! Love the bonds 'e 'as with everyone includin' meself.

I quite fancy this spot, but the issue lies in the fact that there's absolutely no hot water in the ladies' showers. It's quite dreadful to have to endure a barely lukewarm shower in the winter. Kindly address this matter, please.

The facility was spotless, check-in was a piece of cake, the equipment was in good working order and clean, the staff was incredible, and if you haven't experienced it yet, the HydroMassage bed is simply amazing!

A colossal establishment that never seems to be packed, you know? This means no waiting around for equipment (there are loads of duplicates of many machines) and in keeping with the vibe of Planet Fitness, anyone can have a smashing workout with the user-friendly and well-organized stations for beginners and those more advanced. I must say, I do wish there were mirrors for checking form while working out and the selection of kettlebells could certainly do with some heavier options beyond just the 30-pounders. On the whole, cleanliness is decent, although like most gyms, the floors could definitely benefit from a thorough deep clean. The spa is top-notch, and I highly recommend going for a black membership if you can swing it. The massage choices are well worth it, though in a place that's never too crowded, I wish the hydro massage chairs and beds could run for more than just 10 minutes at a time. I'd happily settle for 15-minute sessions.

I simply cannot comprehend why the corporate policy permits gentlemen in the ladies' locker rooms?! Particularly in the presence of children. I shall not be patronizing this gym until such a policy is revised.

The Elevate is the top choice for sculpting those abs! In my humble opinion, it may be facing the wrong direction, but the results make it worth every minute. As for the hip adduction machines, they might be better off placed in a different spot.
