Absolutely dreadful experience trying to cancel my membership. Won't be returning. Cheers!
Daniel Gonzales (4/30/25, 3:51 AM):
The steam room has closed for good, mate. That's a real bummer. Now they only have the sauna available.
Wayne Kelly (4/29/25, 11:12 PM):
Terrible policies, they are experts at extracting money from people!! After trying to cancel for over a year, they told me to just wait until the year ends because there would be a fee if I cancel now. So I waited it out and kept paying without ever using their service. After a year, they kept charging me monthly plus fees because apparently, I have an automatic renewal policy that they didn't mention when I first tried to cancel. They know how to keep you on the hook so you never stop paying them. I tried to cancel again today, and now I have to pay over $200 to cancel because I'm 3 months past the contract year, plus fees. And the worst part is their supposed manager said they have many people just paying without ever setting foot in the gym. Absolutely dreadful place!!

For a gym that charges an arm and a leg, it sure is in terrible condition. Half of the machines are busted in some way, shape, or form. Most of the cable machines get stuck during use because the wires are bare and there is ZERO knurling on any of the attachments. Benches are all torn and bars are rusted beyond belief. The free weight section is TINY, maxing out at 8x10. The only redeeming quality is that the cardio machines work, and the staff is cool. It kind of makes you wonder where all the money you pay is going. Probably into the owner's pocket because it sure isn't being reinvested into the gym. You're honestly better off going to another gym, paying half the price, with more locations and newer facilities.
Evelyn Edwards (4/28/25, 11:56 AM):
Absolutely smashing facility. The staff are ever so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend, old chap! 👍
Charles Allen (4/28/25, 9:21 AM):

Martha Miller (4/28/25, 7:22 AM):
Find another gym to work out at while they remodel. The place is a dump right now.
Bradley Reyes (4/27/25, 11:56 AM):
I 'ave been goin' to that gym for o'er 7 years. Back when the staff in there was amazin'. When everyone made you feel part of the family. Management is a joke now. Rude people as employees. Specially that little lass that works as "manager" named KIM always in her office on her phone. Isn't polite. I've honestly 'ave never seen her smile once. General manager named LESLIE is more concerned about a little bit of chalk bein' spilled on the floor instead of bein' concerned for their customers safety by bolting down the dead lift pad that separates every time you do a power clean. My fiancé almost messed up his knee with that and the GM did nothin'. Air vents are FULL of dirt. They 'aven't been cleaned in years. The floors are uneven. Someone is goin' to get hurt in that gym.

Why am I giving 5 stars, you ask? It's all because of Mr. Randy! He's been my trainer since October 2018 and let me tell you, this guy is an absolute legend. He's been a constant source of motivation as I work towards my fitness goals. As a newbie to weightlifting, Randy has shown incredible patience and support. Thanks to him, I now stride confidently into the gym every day, ready to push myself to the limit. Not only has he helped me progress in my training, but he's also helped me connect with like-minded individuals who share my passion for fitness. Thanks to Randy, I've found my own little support crew! Randy is an amazing, knowledgeable, kind-hearted, and adventurous trainer – thank you, Mr. Randy!

I wouldn't put much faith in these franchise operations, they tend to march to the beat of their own drum. This Pharr gym doesn't seem to be part of a larger corporation. Their pricing may vary. Stick with corporate gyms, my friends.
Lucy Fisher (4/26/25, 11:49 PM):
Randy is top-notch, mate! A real powerhouse and a total legend. Plus, he's got serious style with his workout gear 💪🏽💪🏽...
Roger Diaz (4/26/25, 10:32 AM):
My favorite spot. The staff and management are all jolly good chaps, always ready to lend a hand. The crowning jewel is the pool - it's impeccably tidy and beautifully kept. I must say, I am quite pleased and would highly recommend it. Cheers!
Alexander Peterson (4/26/25, 3:03 AM):
The customer service at this gym is absolutely dreadful, and considering the high prices they charge, they seem to have very little regard for the environment or for meeting the needs of their current clients with inquiries. Once they have you locked into a contract, they couldn't care less! The equipment is scarce and in poor condition; that is, if you manage to find any available machines and have enough space to actually get a decent workout in. The class schedule is inconsistent, and the slippery shower area as well as the poorly functioning and run-down steam room pose safety hazards. Save your money and time elsewhere, this place is not worth it!
Susan Baker (4/25/25, 12:17 PM):
The moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed by a front desk staff (Jay). Incredibly friendly and cheerful. He was highly professional while also conveying that the gym was a vibrant place. This gym is going to be my new fitness home.
Juan Ramirez (4/25/25, 1:31 AM):
Although smaller than other gyms, this place is truly fantastic! The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and they provide plenty of amenities to keep the facility clean and sanitized!
Amy Hamilton (4/24/25, 10:34 PM):
What a brilliant gym! The equipment is top-notch and the staff are so friendly. Randy Escobar really guided me in achieving my fitness objectives and reaching the peak of my physical condition.
Emma Alexander (4/24/25, 9:39 PM):
I quite fancy the turf, it's a lovely touch to this gym. The aesthetics are top-notch. It's tidy and the equipment is spot on.
Brittany Patterson (4/22/25, 1:49 PM):
It’s a smashing gym, but the way the management staff treats the employees is absolute rubbish. I was keen on getting some personal training, but the sacking of the only trainer who truly understood my needs was a real letdown. I sought assistance, and he hit the nail on the head with it. I wouldn’t recommend their personal training services until the management staff is changed - they just have random folks wandering about or sitting around all day.
