I've been attending this fitness camp since 2018. You can join as a challenger or a member. Initially, I started as a "camper" and successfully shed almost 50 pounds. Now, as a member, there are numerous benefits. AFF stands for Awesome Fit Family and they truly live up to it! All the instructors are certified, and interestingly, many of them used to be campers themselves, so they understand firsthand the challenges of the journey. It's not just about the physical transformations through workouts and nutrition, but also focuses on mental well-being. My entire family is part of this gym, and we all absolutely adore it! 😍

The Camp ain't your ordinary gym, mate. It's more like a boot camp where they push you to smash your fitness goals.

The vibe there is top-notch - warm and friendly. They know you by name and make sure you have a killer workout every single session. If you're dead serious about reaching your fitness targets, I highly recommend giving them a go.

The Camp Transformation Center holds a special place in my heart, as it achieved what I struggled to do on my own. Initially, I had reservations about joining, fearing the discomfort and possibility of failure.

My journey commenced in late May 2016 when, while tending to my ill children at Urgent Care, I encountered a shocking number on the scale - 375 pounds, the highest I had ever seen in my life. It was a wake-up call that spurred me to make changes. My wife, Leydy Frausto, had already embarked on her Camp journey in August 2016, and though I wasn't outwardly supportive, I made efforts to modify my eating habits and align them with the FTDI principles in solidarity. Eventually, Leydy persuaded me to take up the challenge, and I began at 365.6 pounds, buoyed by the initial weight loss. Despite my initial intention to go it alone out of fear of embarrassment, I soon found camaraderie among Leydy's Camp acquaintances, including the memorable #stickyrice crew, whose silent encouragement and achievements served as motivation.

As I wrap up the initial phase of this challenge, I am gearing up for the next leg commencing on January 9, 2017, with a 26.8-pound shed and a current weight of 338.8 pounds. Eagerly eyeing my target to reach or dip below 300 pounds by the end of the upcoming challenge, I am invigorated and ready for the journey ahead.

The gym has truly changed my life. My best mate recommended it to me and, although I was a bit hesitant at first, she convinced me to give it a go with a 30-day trial pass. From the moment I stepped into my first class, I was hooked. The support there is incredible. There's this one trainer called Anthony TC who really stands out – he even joked that if you're ever stuck on what to order at a restaurant, just call him up! Every trainer genuinely cares about my progress and wellbeing. I struggled to stick to any diet or fitness program before, but after completing my first challenge and losing 23 pounds, I'm now gearing up for round two. I can't thank the trainers enough for their patience and understanding. This gym feels like home and the staff are like my second family.

I signed up for Thecamptc Santa Clarita around 18 months back when I was feeling completely shattered. I had never prioritized myself, lacked self-care, felt powerless, downcast, and uncomfortable in my own body. I was in search of a strong support network, not just a conventional gym. And guess what?
