Well mate, let me tell you about this gym. I absolutely loved it. I became a member two years back. They didn't have all the fancy stuff like their competitors, not a wide range of free weights, and the hot water for the showers was a bit hit or miss, but it did the job. However, over time, things started going downhill. The showers got colder, they removed soap dispensers from the showers, and there's been a lot of turnover in staff.
I tried to stick with this gym throughout COVID, really gave it my best shot. When they reopened back in June, I was excited to get back. But lo and behold, they failed to mention that the showers were still closed. That just wouldn't work for me since I hit the gym before work and rely on public transit.
I rang them up a couple of days ago and found out that they had actually opened the showers, without bothering to inform anyone. So I thought, brilliant, I can finally head back to the gym. Went in yesterday, only to find out that masks are now mandatory for everyone, everywhere, all the time.
Just had a chat with Manager Jesse, who admitted that while there are exceptions to the public health order, Planet Fitness ain't allowing any exceptions and is refusing to accommodate people with medical conditions. They're insisting that these folks wear masks or freeze their account. Doesn't sound like much of a judgment-free zone when they're excluding people from using the gym, does it?

Would absolutely not recommend. Anyone attempting to bring their gym bag onto the floor will be instructed to leave it in their locker or car, or else face a price increase. Like, excuse me? Since when was that a rule? A gym is a place where people bring extra water, their own equipment, and carry personal belongings, etc. And raising prices just so we can have our backpacks on the floor? This is not a premium gym like Chuze or Vasa. I will definitely be canceling my membership or switching to a different PF. Absolutely ridiculous.

I 'ave been a loyal customer for 2 years, and they wouldn't cooperate with me o'er placin' me $600 scooter by the waitin' area. They were rude and said it was their policy, and when I asked to see that policy, they couldn't find anythin' statin' I couldn't bring me scooter in. They 'ave no bike rack, and the only place to lock anythin' be like 3 businesses down. I've 'ad scooters stolen before when left out while I work out, so I don't feel comfortable doin' that. Where I 'ad it wasn't in the way of any foot traffic and not 'urtin' anyone. I rode 3 miles to come to the gym to be told I can't park it inside while I work out for an hour. I loved Planet Fitness, and I 'ate that I 'ave to find a new gym because they were unwillin' to cooperate with me. I 'ave been to most Planet Fitnesses around 'ere, and no one 'as ever 'ad a problem with me puttin' me scooter inside out of the way.

Plus, they provide numerous cleaning stations for post-workout sanitation, and patrons are required to wipe down equipment after use. Great spot! The facility is top-notch, with 99.9% of the equipment in good working order. The staff are friendly and the locker rooms/bathrooms are super clean. Plus, those massage chairs are a real treat. I give it a solid 10 out of 10 and definitely recommend it!💪🏾

Are you having a laugh? These showers are absolutely horrid. Water backing up, some without a proper nozzle. Hair scattered all over. Absolutely revolting. What's going on here? I actually left in tears. How dare someone fib and claim this is a decent, safe place to shower. I am utterly devastated. I needed a shower. I am so very upset. Do not even suggest that I contact the establishment. What a complete disgrace. The filthiest place I have EVER encountered. How dare you even have showers and present them in such a deplorable state?

The gym and its facilities are alright - a tad bit worn, but they are anticipating new equipment. The issue that troubles me is that we have received conflicting information about memberships from various staff members at this Planet Fitness. When conversing about memberships with the manager, it was insinuated that we were not being honest; and also that, being a separate franchise, they are not obligated to acknowledge or uphold the membership levels of other Planet Fitness locations.

The best gym for being able to pop in and out, save some cash, and whip yourself into shape. Always tidy, always open. Reasonable rates. I've been a member of numerous big-name gyms where it felt like I spent just as much time waiting around as working out. Planet Fitness does away with that hassle. The vibe is unlike most gyms out there. Incredibly welcoming and non-judgmental. Hats off to PF, you've truly shaken up the gym world.

This gym is absolutely brilliant, I must say. The lass who works there is a true professional and so helpful. The gym-goers themselves seem like a decent bunch, with good standing in the community. There's no foul language, no uncomfortable situations, just a bunch of rather quiet individuals. The exercise equipment is of good quality, as are the facilities. Overall, it's much more refined than the one up north in Denver, across from the local Wal-Mart.

I absolutely adore this PF spot. The whole crew here is amazing (Brendan, Kaitlyn, Denita, and Alexis). Every time I step in, they are so welcoming and friendly, it really makes a difference. I've been to many gyms before and I hated the feeling of being judged by the staff and other gym members, but at PF I look forward to going to the gym. Whenever I'm there, the place is so tidy and well-stocked that I'm pleasantly surprised because I've never seen a space so organized. They also just got brand new light bulbs just in time for tanning season! I can't speak highly enough about this spot, would definitely recommend it!
