It was a brilliant spot for a workout. However, if you fancy canceling your membership, get ready to jump through hoops, and then find yourself in collections because you missed following one of the numerous guidelines. Superb gym, dreadful company.

Don't bother with Vasa, just head to Planet Fitness for a more budget-friendly option. Vasa is run by a bunch of lazy folks who have no clue what they're doing.

I phoned this branch to get the manager's assistance with issues I was experiencing at the Federal location. I left a detailed message with one of the staff members who informed me that the manager was on another call at the time and would return my call. I had explained how I had been reaching out to corporate via calls and emails for the past month with no response. It's been a week now since I left that message for the Vasa manager—no call back, no voicemail, no email.

Save your money, go to a proper gym with staff who are accountable and understand the importance of good customer service and effective management.

Everything you need, all in one place. And don't forget the outdoor functional training area. The facility is spotless, the staff are welcoming, and the members are fantastic. The gym is quite lively in the evening, so you may have to wait for your favorite machine, but there's typically at least one piece of equipment available to target your desired muscle group. It would be even better if there were a few more sets of dumbbells under 25lbs. Cheers!

Feeling a bit low. The water stations are both out of order, the equipment pads need replacing. Despite all this, the place is still bustling. Perhaps the owner just doesn't care because they're still raking in the business.

The tidiness and operational standards at this gym could use some improvement, I must say. It has been noted that the gym staff frequently sport AirPods, which might result in a lack of diligent customer service. Moreover, the upkeep of the gym seems lacking, as indicated by the consistently sticky weights and haphazardly placed equipment on the pool deck and sauna area. Locating the appropriate weight range, particularly in the 10-30 pound bracket, can be quite a challenge, often due to the misuse of equipment for non-fitness purposes. What's more, it has been brought to my attention that efforts to request a gym cleaning from the attendants have been met with apathy, as they seem to disregard such appeals. This lack of responsiveness only adds to the overall dissatisfaction with the gym's maintenance and customer service standards.

I raised concerns to the higher-ups a year ago about the gym having absolutely no weights. Fast forward a year, and there are still consistently no machines with 10s or 5s, despite VASA Westminster having an abundance of them. This lack of consistency is frustrating, especially when a trainer informed me that the owner is unwilling to invest in equipment. It's perplexing to see new classrooms being added when the existing facilities are not being properly maintained. The bathrooms are always dirty, and the water fountains are constantly broken with no water pressure. VASA, you need to step up your game and improve these conditions.

We reside near the Zuni shop but prefer to drive 15 minutes to the Thornton store just to attend their fabulous Studio LFT class. I highly recommend joining Kiersten and Courtney's classes!

I fancy Vasa, but this snag is not quite right. Darn it, every bloomin' day there's at least one thing on the blink, and it takes weeks before it's sorted out only for another blighted thing to conk out!

The bathrooms are consistently not up to par and lack maintenance. The staff seem to be inattentive to incoming guests, often lounging at the front desk engrossed in their mobile devices. There appears to be no dress code enforcement at this location, with individuals seen working out in flip-flops and transparent attire. This could potentially be a positive if you're searching for a gym crush, as many patrons tend to wear very little clothing.

The gym is quite untidy. The restrooms are consistently a mess. It takes an eternity for them to repair their equipment. The hamstring machine has been out of order for over a month. The sauna consistently has an unpleasant odor. The only redeeming quality of the gym is the amiable staff members.
