I have been frequenting this establishment for a year now, and although it may be compact in size, it certainly gets the job done. The 24-hour access provides convenience for squeezing in a workout, even during the late hours. The proprietor has effectively addressed any issues I have faced, promptly resolving them over the phone and even waiving fees – a level of customer service that is not commonly found at other fitness centers. I wholeheartedly endorse this gym as my experience here has been superb.

This gym is where I cultivated my love for weightlifting. The team is incredibly friendly, supportive, and accommodating. The in-house protein shakes are fantastic! Particularly refreshing after a challenging workout. They offer all the essentials and then some!

Regarding the personal training contract – it wasn't a kindness. It was a breach of contract that I wasn't obliged to fulfill since you didn't uphold your end of the deal. There are plenty of reviews out there discussing the challenges of canceling a contract, so there must be some truth to it.

I usually don't feel strongly enough to leave reviews, but on this occasion, I did. I believe others should be forewarned. The gym (management) seems great when you join. I was promised personal training 1-2 times a week. Initially, Jacqueline started working with me. However, I was soon passed on to a trainer who never actually trained me. When I tried to schedule, the trainer never responded. Then, another trainer was assigned to me, but they constantly canceled and eventually stopped working at the gym. There was no follow-up or follow-through on their end.

I continued working out independently, preferring early mornings. However, the key fob scanner at the front door was frequently malfunctioning, making it impossible to enter, which was extremely frustrating at 6 am.

As mentioned in other reviews, canceling your contract is a nightmare. Despite giving them plenty of notice that I wanted to cancel well before my one-year contract was up, there was no follow-up or interest shown regarding my early cancellation request. The lack of professionalism and very poor business practices were evident.

First off, the staff here is always cheerful and welcoming. Whenever I arrive in the mornings, I see the team members tidying up the equipment, and there's even a cleaning crew present some evenings when I visit late at night. I rarely find myself waiting for any machines, no matter the hour of my visit. The gym operates 24/7, so you can even pop in on Thanksgiving or Christmas to burn off those holiday feasts. Having frequented gyms in this area for around 20 years, I can confidently say that this one stands out as the finest. I only pay $25 per month for unlimited access. With $25, you could indulge in five cheeseburgers or invest in a whole month of prioritizing your well-being. If you reside in the North Metro suburbs, you absolutely must enroll here before considering any other gyms!

Oh blimey, these cancellation fees are a nightmare! I attempted to cancel back in November over the blower but they kept charging me up until February. Had to pop down in person and fill out loads of daft paperwork just to get them to terminate my membership. And would you believe it, they have the cheek to say they'll charge me again come March for the final payment. After being a loyal gym-goer for 4 years, you'd think they'd cut me some slack, but not this joint! If they carry on like this, I'll have to kick up a fuss with the charges. There are plenty of better gyms round these parts with more room and fairer contracts.

I absolutely adore this gym! The owners and staff are simply AMAZING! I've been a member at other larger gyms like 24 Hour Fitness and Vasa, and it always felt like they were more interested in my money than my wellbeing.

Power House gives me such a warm welcome the moment I walk through the doors. Everyone, including the owners, is incredibly motivating and goes above and beyond to assist you in any way they can. I would highly recommend this gym, especially if you're a beginner like myself who had no clue where to start or how to use the machines.

Joining this gym was the best decision I've ever made!

Truly one of my most beloved gyms I've had the pleasure of training at in Colorado. The staff is top-notch, the equipment is fantastic, and there's just something about this gym that really helps me get into the groove. I've seen more progress here than at any other gym.

This gym seems rather small and it appears that some of the male staff might be harassing female members. If you're seeking to build muscle, this gym might not be the best choice. However, if you're more interested in socializing, then this could be the place for you. The equipment is not well-maintained and there is a limited selection of weightlifting equipment compared to cardio machines. Additionally, this facility lacks amenities. Chooze Fitness offers a more affordable and cleaner alternative with a wider range of amenities.

This place is absolutely brilliant! Not only do you have 24-hour access, but it's always spotless. I never struggle to use the equipment, even at peak times. The members are so friendly and happy to share. It really feels like a tight-knit community. They've introduced some new equipment that has really enhanced my workouts. And the staff is simply the best. I've been to all the big chain gyms and even an MMA gym, and this one comes closest to feeling like a family. No matter what time I visit, I feel like I belong there, and the same goes for my wife and child. They even offer childcare while you work out, and our daughter adores it. The staff are wonderful with her, and she's always asking to go back. We couldn't ask for more from a gym. It's clear they foster a sense of community, bringing people together and offering encouragement and inspiration.

A year ago, I made the decision to terminate my membership at the gym. I was completely aware of the cancellation fee. I sent them two emails to request the cancellation, but it always took weeks for them to respond. Skip ahead a year, and I ended up in collections for not settling my membership dues that I had made efforts to cancel (twice). Fortunately, I have evidence of all my correspondence (emails).

The customer service was dreadful.

Absolutely smashing gym! Top-notch gear, fantastic posing room, and equipment to die for. Popped in for a gander during a layover at the airport and was utterly chuffed with the experience!

Seems like a jolly good gym. However, the membership service is absolutely rubbish, I must say. It took a good two months just to try and cancel my subscription. There's this third-party management company that seems to be more interested in taking your hard-earned money than in answering any calls or emails. I sent an email to cancel, and what happens? Several weeks later, they have the cheek to say, "Oh dear, did you not receive our automated email to inform you that's the wrong email?" Blimey, they received it but just sat on it, didn't they? How about holding these management chaps accountable for once? Oh no, instead, they decide to slap on an extra $50, would you believe it? Here I am now, spending another half-hour on hold just to try and cancel. I thought I was doing a good deed by supporting a local business with this gym instead of going for the big names. Turns out, I was wrong as can be.
