I am absolutely chuffed that I decided to give Vantage a go! Just swapped over from another gym a month back and I already feel completely immersed in the community here. The classes strike just the right balance between being challenging and enjoyable, and the coaches are incredibly supportive when the going gets tough. Plus, when I first started, we did a bespoke body composition scan and laid out some goals, which was a real treat. If you’re on the hunt for a CrossFit gym, I can't recommend checking this place out highly enough!
It's quite challenging to pick just one reason why the gym is such a fantastic place, but if I had to choose a single word, it would be "people." The folks at Vantage, including coaches and members, are what truly elevate this establishment. There exists a genuine sense of community and camaraderie that is fostered by this gym. The coaches are always ready to lend a helping hand or answer any queries you may have. We consistently receive proper warm-ups and guidance before our workouts, ensuring that we are prepared and safe. I always feel fully prepared and supported before diving into a workout session. The members are amiable, motivating each other during workouts and striving to help everyone improve. They also organize activities outside the gym and make an effort to involve others. In my opinion, this is the premier gym in Denver. You will get in shape, face challenges, achieve success, receive support, and ultimately grow as an individual.
I was a complete newbie to Crossfit when I joined CrossFit Vantage, but the owners, coaches, and fellow members were incredibly welcoming and supportive right from the start. There are a multitude of classes available throughout the day (including a women's only class multiple times a week). The coaches are highly qualified and provide guidance for both newcomers and experienced CrossFitters. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough!

As someone who never thought they could tackle any workout remotely resembling CrossFit, this is the place to be. The coaches are friendly and top-notch at their craft, and the other members are welcoming and supportive. The classes are scheduled throughout the day with at least one coach present to assist with warming up, explaining the workout, and ensuring everyone is executing the movements safely and with proper form, all while offering expert tips on how to enhance performance. I have wrist and knee injuries from snowboarding and motorcycle accidents that I thought would always hold me back from activities like CrossFit, coupled with a general lack of fitness. However, I have been astonished by what they have helped me achieve and adapt to.
The coaches have been fantastic in working with me to find alternative movements that target the same muscles for exercises my injuries restrict. I anticipated that the added strain would worsen my injuries over time, but to my surprise, after a few months here, I noticed that supporting muscles had alleviated some of my knee pain, allowing me to enjoy short hikes without discomfort or limping for the first time in years, which has been incredible.
Vantage also provides various scaling options for their workouts, so you can participate regardless of your fitness level. The coaches and members have always been supportive and uplifting. You need not feel self-conscious if you can't manage a single pull-up while others are cranking out 30; they will motivate you to do your best safely and offer guidance on progressing to full workouts.
Vantage defies the stereotypes I held about CrossFit gyms and enthusiasts. It has been an incredibly positive journey, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to make a healthy change in their fitness routine, no matter where they're starting from. Embarking on something like this can be daunting, but sign up for the personalized training sessions and complete the first month of classes included. If you put in the effort, I assure you won't regret it. You may even find yourself eagerly anticipating gym sessions, something I never thought I'd say.

I absolutely ADORE this establishment. The sense of community is simply splendid, with exceptional coaches (Chris, Amanda, Joe, and Xavier) who are incredibly well-versed and supportive. Furthermore, the workouts yield REMARKABLE results. If you are not involved with this establishment, you are truly missing out!!!!

I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of Vantage. I became a member of Vantage over a year ago as a novice in crossfit, and was made to feel right at home in the community straight away. The support from everyone in the gym is remarkable, and the coaches make it a point to help each student develop their skills. I have seen a notable improvement in both my skills and strength, without neglecting my other sports interests. If you're in search of a gym, regardless of your level of expertise, I highly recommend checking out Vantage first.

I was visiting town for business and popped into Vantage for the week since it was conveniently close to my AirBnb, and I'm pleased that I did!
The coaches and members were all incredibly hospitable, and Lani made certain that the coaches were aware of my visit to ensure everything was set and I was ready for class. The workout plan was excellent, and the classes were enjoyable. I will definitely be returning here next time I'm in town.
As I'm coming up on two years at Crossfit Vantage, I can't imagine a better gym in Denver, Colorado. I've tried out several others, but I landed on Crossfit Vantage because of their 7 pm class - a rarity in the world of Crossfit gyms. That's a major plus for me. I also appreciate the targeted warm-ups that focus on the muscles we'll be working on during the day's programming. The coaching staff is not only friendly but also incredibly personable. What a smashing gym! Simply adore the warm, welcoming community that embraces newcomers and seasoned members alike. The trainers truly understand each person's unique journey, offering guidance on form, tailoring workouts to individual requirements, and more. There's no air of judgment or need to impress anyone here. Yet, there's a constant encouragement to test your limits. The workouts are absolutely brilliant. I was surprised by what my body could achieve. Get ready for a top-notch challenge!
