I typically fancy the spenga concept, but upon moving to this new location, we found ourselves treated quite poorly. Three of us arrived simultaneously, a mere 5 minutes prior to the commencement of the class. The most vexing part of the experience was that while two of us were allowed entry, our third companion was turned away. As the minutes ticked by during the class, we grew increasingly perplexed at our friend's absence. It wasn't until 20 minutes had passed that we realized he had been forced to hail an UBER home! Utterly baffling. While I grasp that perhaps we were not as prompt as preferred, there is no excuse for such rudeness. To compound matters, a stranger strolled in some 10 minutes after the class had begun—long after our friend had departed in the UBER. Having worked in numerous fitness establishments, I firmly believe it is always beneficial to accommodate tardy individuals. Strive for improvement. Show respect. I would suggest steering clear of this particular spenga if you seek a compassionate and hospitable workout environment.

Update: Still frequenting this spot and must say it's the most splendid workout spot around! It's become a pivotal part of my weekly regimen, and I feel right at home in the studio. The daily cleaning and sanitization efforts are greatly valued, but what truly entices me to return time and time again is the strong sense of community they've fostered. Each person there genuinely looks out for one another. It's truly astounding how much this cozy studio has influenced me!
Original post: A top-notch spot for working out. The staff members are truly knowledgeable and take the time to connect with every member. I appreciate the ability to focus solely on myself during the session without having to plan my own workout: 20 minutes each of spin, strength, yoga. It's a nurturing atmosphere where you can push yourself to your limits without any fear of judgment from others. I adore it so much that I convinced my husband to join too! On top of it all, we've even made some wonderful new friends along the way!

I 'ave been a member for three years now, and 'ave been attendin' classes twice a week consistently for all that time. I 'ave noticed a significant improvement in me physical strength and balance, and I feel well-prepared for any cardio activities. The sense of community is top-notch, and I am always inspired by pushin' meself to reach me personal goals during spin class. I absolutely adore SPENGA Wheat Ridge! It's a fantastic fitness experience blending spinning, weight lifting, and yoga. I've completed more than 200 sessions and eagerly anticipate each upcoming one. The instructors, particularly Gabrielle and Eri, are truly exceptional. It's a wonderful workout community to be a part of. I highly recommend giving a session a try!

I'm absolutely chuffed to carry on with spenga! The camaraderie and encouragement from everyone is top-notch. The trainers are quite hands-off, so it's important to tune in to your body, especially if you're injury-prone. It's a proper intense workout!

Recently attended my inaugural Spenga session and it was absolutely fabulous! The diverse range of activities, including spin, strength training, and yoga, really appeals to me. However, as a person who prefers a more leisurely pace, I found the yoga segment a tad brisk for my taste. Overall, it's fantastic for a solid workout, although I'd suggest opting for a specialized yoga studio if you're seeking a more spiritual experience.

It's been a good minute since I snagged a gym membership, and I was on the hunt for something that offered classes with a side of yoga. Gave Spenga a whirl, and boy, was I smitten! The classes are a real challenge and a blast. If you're after a full-on workout experience, I'd highly recommend checking them out. Haven't stumbled upon anything quite like it, and let me tell you, it's been worth every penny.

I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't quite sure about the location of the studio, but it turned out to be bright, modern, and clean! The class was awesome, I loved the three parts, especially the great stretch at the end! They also have good protein products - I tried the yummy Cake Batter protein powder sweetened with Stevia!

Stephanie was a blast as the instructor & my legs are still quivering!! She made the class enjoyable & I absolutely loved her yoga flow. It consisted of extended poses that provided an amazing stretch. Fingers crossed she returns to the wheat ridge location soon!

Their signature session (SPin, stENgth, yoGA) provides me with a fantastic cardio workout (plus the chance to challenge myself), helps me build and tone muscles, and increases my flexibility! SPENGA is absolutely brilliant!! Every single instructor is so inspiring, welcoming, and really pushes me to exceed my limits compared to when I exercise solo. The whole concept is fantastic, and I never get bored with the workouts. While all the staff at SPENGA are fantastic, Madison is simply outstanding! You absolutely must try her class!

I am elated to have discovered SPENGA. For an experience filled with community, love, and encouragement to achieve your fitness aspirations - THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! The workout regimen is simply splendid. It consists of 20 minutes of spin (low impact, superbly aerobic), followed by 20 minutes of strength training (with modifications offered if needed), and concluding with 20 minutes of yoga. It's an absolute blast! Their nifty app displays your spin performance metrics for each session, enabling you to monitor your progress against past classes and manage your account details seamlessly. The studio and equipment are top-notch, always kept immaculately clean. The instructors take the time to get to know you and genuinely care about your well-being. If I happen to miss a session due to illness or other reasons, they reach out via text with a thoughtful message checking in on me. I've never experienced such unwavering support before. Every individual, regardless of their fitness level, would feel right at home here. A perfect score of 10 out of 10 - I wholeheartedly recommend it! And my heartfelt gratitude to SPENGA!
