Henry Turner (6/13/25, 9:49 AM):
I am a 62-year-old wife and mother of 3. When I began working with my Exercise Coach in February, my cholesterol levels were dangerously high, my sugar levels were almost at the threshold for Type 2 Diabetes, and my blood pressure was on the verge of needing medication. Despite being lean and active most of my life, various factors like family stresses, a late twin pregnancy, and menopause led me to gain 70 pounds.

After just TWO MONTHS with my Exercise Coach, I returned to my doctor for a check-up. My cholesterol had decreased by two thirds, my sugar levels were nearing normal, and my doctor believed they would continue to improve with this program. Although I had only lost 15 pounds, the weight was steadily decreasing instead of increasing like before. My doctor was amazed by the results she saw in such a short time and even said she would recommend this program to her other patients!

However, my blood pressure remained high initially, but to my surprise, it started to lower a bit last week. It may not have happened without this program alone, but it's definitely helping.

It may sound unbelievable, but just 20 minutes twice a week really works! Following the nutrition plan is also essential, but it wasn't too difficult for me as I already eat quite healthily. Cutting out white starch and sugar has been crucial. I still indulge in my wine, and while I did face some weight plateaus, my overall health markers have significantly improved.

I've tried numerous approaches over the years – cycling, yoga, calorie counting, Keto, even being the oldest person in BootCamp. I can still run 2 miles, but none of those methods fit into my lifestyle long-term. I've come to realize that unless something is easy to incorporate, I can't stick with it. This program is the only thing that's sustainable and effective for me at my age. I feel stronger physically and mentally, and I truly believe that focusing on building muscle strength is key for balancing my system. It may be a gradual process, but it's working, and more importantly, it's sustainable for me.

Absolutely love the welcoming and non-intimidating atmosphere. The small group sessions are fantastic, and the trainers are incredibly supportive and motivating.
Louis Bennett (6/10/25, 4:46 PM):
I had a real worry about losing strength as a 68-year-old lady. An old shoulder injury from weightlifting, which I didn't get medical help for, led to real weakness. But after 4 weeks of strength training, I'm 50% stronger! Simple tasks like changing bed sheets, lifting dog food bags, and handling my cast iron Dutch oven are much easier now. My stamina has also greatly improved thanks to my increased strength. The trainers tailored a workout plan for me considering my orthopedic problems. I also appreciate that the workouts only last 20 minutes! I absolutely recommend this place.
