My regular gym shut down all their locations without warning. Everyone was scrambling to find a new place to work out. Leon opened up his doors to all ex-members for a free 30-day trial, no catches, at Be Fit South Shore. After just a few days, I was hooked and knew I'd be signing up at the end of the trial.
Leon and the other trainers are top-notch! They'll come over to help you with your form and give you that extra push. If they see you're not being challenged, they'll step it up to make sure you get the most out of your workout. On the flip side, they'll adjust any exercise if you're dealing with an injury or discomfort. They take the time to understand each member, their strengths, weaknesses, and help you become the best version of yourself. Their support doesn't end when you leave the studio; they're always cheering you on and offering advice online too.
The workouts change daily so you're not overworking any one muscle group and target every part of your body. This variety keeps things interesting and ensures you're not stuck in a routine. I can't wait for each day's workout!

I absolutely adore this gym! I've had some previous injuries that used to prevent me from working out the way I desired, but at SSFBBC all the coaches collaborate with me on adjustments so I can still complete the necessary workout without risking reinjury. The coaches are incredibly supportive, as is everyone who participates. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking to get fit in a positive, encouraging environment!

After just 3.5 months, I already feel a significant improvement - my resting heart rate has decreased by 7 beats per minute, my blood sugar levels are better controlled, and I feel much stronger. I joined Be Fit 8 years ago now and it honestly has been the best decision I’ve made in my health journey. Every one of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind and truly want to help members. After seeing what positive feedback members had to say about booty bootcamp, I decided to try it out for myself. I just completed this round of the 8 week program and absolutely loved it!! I never thought I would be able to lift the weights I have been. Seeing what I am actually capable of pushing my body to do has been such an incredible feeling! Not only do I now have more confidence in myself, but I’ve found that I really enjoy lifting heavier weights. I just signed up for their new Sculpt and Shred program and can’t wait to see the progress I make through out this program!

I began my fitness journey at South Shore Fit Body approximately 2 years ago, and I must say, it has been an incredible experience! The workout routines are always challenging and varied, keeping things exciting. I greatly appreciate the flexibility in class timings, as well as the fact that sessions are only 30 minutes long, making it convenient to fit into my busy schedule. However, the true highlight of South Shore Fit Body is the sense of community. The coaches and fellow clients are like family - incredibly supportive and welcoming.
