My only grouse is with the hefty price tag of this program. It does a spot-on job of keeping me on track and, funnily enough, without any aches or pains (no pain, all gain!).

The Perfect Workout has been a jolly good experience, I must say! I've never quite managed to stick with any exercise program before, but engaging in an intense workout for just 20 minutes is quite manageable, and I'm feeling ever so much stronger and healthier for it. LaGarius is a splendid trainer, indeed. He's simply delightful and keeps me focused and keen. I would highly recommend TPW to anyone – even those of us who have typically been rather averse to exercise or getting fit! Cheers!
